I have been here several times and the staff is what keeps me coming back even though they do not carry my dog food. I have a senior dog with some medical issues and the lady who helped me was knowledgeable about the CBD for dogs. Everything she advised me on was accurate and worked exactly as she explained. Not a great first impression during my visit today around 3:30. The staff was extremely uneducated about the pets they have in their store. For example, we were interested in potentially purchasing a bearded dragon. Basic questions such as what gender, how old, and where do they get these reptiles, could not be answered. When I requested to handle said bearded dragon, the manager denied my request, not in person though, but through their employee. So it's my understanding that customers are only allowed to view the reptile until they purchase it which is absolutely ridiculous!!! Do better Pet Supplies Plus Rogers. read more

Great prices and great selection! Bowie loves Acana and I love that they carry so many flavors so we can rotate his food each time so he doesn't get bored. He's also got some pretty cute sweaters and yummy treats from there. Also, love the hours. A lot of places around here close early or are closed on Sunday. As a full time working dog mom, I really like the hours of this place as I can come in to buy food for Bowie after work or on weekends so he doesn't starve! read more

They liked my order with 2 8 lb bagel of food when I ordered 2 26 lb bags. My dil had picked them up not knowing. I live 45 minutes away and caring for my husband who is dying. I was called back when I called about mistake and told I "HAD" to bring back what your employee mistaken as my order. I was NOT happy with that call because it was your BUSINESS employer who failed to read the order correctly. Nothing was offered in composition for me to return the following day. I was in NWA last month visiting family for 2 weeks, and came here 3-4 times. One of our dogs has recently become a super picky eater, so I picked up a variety of new treats in addition to trying out the Freshpet dog food (well, my dog did). The store is large, clean, well-stocked and easy to navigate. Virtually anything that a new or experienced dog owner might need can be found here, and at reasonable prices. Service at this store has been good until today. I came to pickup my order as usual and called to have them bring it out to me at curbside. The young man who answered said I needed to come in to pick it up and carry the 30 lb. bag of dog food out to my car. I won't be back and certainly won't recommend this store to anyone if this is the caliber of who they are hiring now. In the past, even when I was shopping in the store there was always an offer to carry anything heavy out to my car. We take my dog in regularly for nail trims and the staff is so nice and gentle with her. Nail trims are possibly one of the worst groomings to do and they never hesitate to help her. The shop is often busy, as they have a dog wash station in the back. I didn't love the dog wash on my first experience, but that's because I didn't know you have to get towels at the front and bring your own soap. So its not a perfectly convenient experience. But still nice to have a place to hose her off after a muddy hike or something. The food/treat selection in the store is great! I really love the treat case at checkout that has "donuts" and "pizza" for your dog. Super fun! read more

This pet store has the kindest staff ever! Very very clean as well. The animals are happy and healthy, you often encounter an employee with an animal out. Their prices on fish as well as quality keep us coming back.
