There is a small back yard area, where I was able to let my girl Baylee out to potty before taking her inside. This is a small family-run business and I spoke and worked with Michelle for this first visit. Michelle took the time to listen to our needs and how I wanted Baylee's haircut to look. She showed me around the whole facility and listened very openly. She was super sweet and gentle with my pup. I showed Michelle several photos of how I wanted my pup groomed as I've heard horror stories about how many doodles get shaved down and don't look like themselves when finished. I wanted Baylee to still have her fluffy teddy bear look as it goes with her personality. I love that they don't cage the dogs while they're there and they get to roam around and play. I was told the first visit would take awhile since they like to do things slowly so the pups don't get traumatized on their first visit. Baylee was there just about 3 hours and looked beautiful! TERRIBLE NEW MANAGEMENT THEY WANTED TO CHARGE a no show fee…read morecause I made a mistake, but then I asked if I took my dog, it would be ok and the charge would be removed? She said yes! Then my husband drops my puppy and she tells him that there was a charge for late fee. What? If I knew, I would have not taken him and just paid the late fee. I called and told her that i was never told. She calls me at 4:14PM to inform that Brody was ready. I went to pick I'm up and she tells me that there is a fee for dog sitting. She told me it was $15 and that she had called me at 3:18. What? There was only a missed called at 4:14pm. And I picked him up within 14 minutes. I told her I would not pay! They were doing all they could to charge an extra fee. That was insane. I told them, this was stealing. If you don't inform someone of a fee, you cannot charge them. I will not be back again!

Our Irish Setter has been groomed here multiple times, yet the services have consistently felt lazy and inconsistent. Most recently, the grooming job was extremely poor, as shown in the photos. Despite our dog having an established "file" and us communicating our instructions directly to the groomer, we were later told it was still our responsibility to ensure everything was explained again. After we called to express our concerns, they asked us to send photos as evidence of the grooming. Following an investigation and conversations with both the owner and store manager, they admitted the groom was not up to their standards and apologized, which we did appreciate. What was disappointing, however, was the resolution they offered. Instead of refunding the service, they offered a discount on a future appointment. That felt presumptuous, considering this experience left us with little confidence in trusting them to groom our dog again. They also mentioned that, if we returned, they would make sure a groomer who "specializes in setters" handled him next time. This was frustrating to hear because our dog has been groomed there multiple times already, and that option was never previously mentioned.

When I got there.... His canine tooth was broken by the root. Thankfully Banfield pet hospital was right next door they were able to take him and treat him. The Vet explained that he believed it was gross negligence due to the nature of the injury. Also explained to me that he keeps hearing horrible things from them. Completely healthy tooth broken off. The owner is giving me the runaround with corporate, and that I signed a waiver.
