He was really careful about observing the things that made our dog agitated and working to calm him down. Our flight was cancelled and we got stuck out of state for another 24 hours and they were happy to keep walking him for us. When I took my pup there recently to Whitney, he came back with a great cut but when we got home, he was shaking and pacing like he did when he was coming off of sedation from his teeth cleaning. He was so distraught and nervous, unlike any time I had picked him up before. he would not eat or drink and hardly wanted to go outside or play at all. I called TLC and the owner called me back and assured me they would check with Whitney to see if he was scared by another dog or something else. They never called me back after that, not even to check on my pup. I took him to the Shaggy Shack instead and explained what had happened at TLC. They said they had heard this from another client recently as well! And they also complained that they did not get a call back! Something strange is going on at this groomer. Proceed with caution!
