Your dog will be stuck in a kennel for 6-8 hours without a potty break and come home covered in feces. The under staff is paid $14 a hour so of course the animals are getting treated accordingly to the pay. As for the owner, she is on her 3rd dui and it is known she has used the business account for her own personal expenses with lawyers. The employees went over a month without being paid because she chipped into the business account to help her last dui case. Still a nice lady just VERY shady. Last year my cousin worked there and said danny (the gm) shoved a dogs noses into poop because "it spitefully shit" and the dog knew what it was doing. The sweetest and funniest cat- she acts like she's glued to me. We originally went to get a cat for a companion for my grandmother (whom I live with). She was so friendly and curious we fell in love right away. We were able to take her home that same day. I don't know what the first ten years of her life were like, but I am satisfied knowing the last five have been full of love.
