I just want to say how happy I am with the groomers here. I originally had a hard time finding groomers that would take a Standard Poodle, but Jeannette and everyone here were able to fit him in almost immediately. They even help get foxtails out, so I am so grateful for their services. Honestly, they are great. read more

I took my little Shit zhu Dolly to Dave at the pet Salon yesterday. When I picked her up she looked like a little show dog. I love that he called me as soon as she was ready, this way she didn't have to be crated very long. When she went in, her fur was was very long, matted and unmanageable. When she came out her fur was so white and soft, and her haircut was so perfectly cut. He took special care and time around her eyes and tail and all these intricacies that normally groomers overlook. His prices are competitive about the same as Petco, but the quality of his work is much higher. I am so happy and she will only be going to Dave for grooming from now. read more

Update: I have moved away and have not used this salon since last fall. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment and the owner informed me that Dave is no longer there and also told me the reason he is no longer there, I don't blame her for that by the way. She was short and brusque, I imagine I would be upset talking about that too. However, picking a groomer for my large pack is difficult and trust is key. She didn't seem interested in building that trust with me so I called this morning and canceled. My rating stays the same since I don't have a new grooming experience with them. Just wanted to let every one know about the change in staff. Especially if you disliked Dave, maybe give this place a second chance. Dave is the best! I have a geriatric dog with cancer and arthritis and he is the only one I trust to be gentile with him. The is the first place my dogs don't freak out about going to get groomed and the hair cuts are consistent, meaning my dogs look exactly the same every time I pick them up. I love that. The prices are very fair too. read more

Recently moved to Redlands area and by recommendation of a friend brought my ShihTzu in. The Good: Quick turn around for appointment. Friendly check in process. Jeanette asked me a lot of questions to understand how exactly I wanted my doggies hair done. Sue, the owner is very knowledgeable and nice as well. My doggie was relaxed after I picked her up and looked amazing! Hard to find somewhere that will groom their feet so nicely, Megan did an awesome job! The ladies provided me with tips on how to maintain hair in between grooming sessions which I appreciate it. The Bad: They don't do people hair! read more

This place the best, the two young ladies have been taking good care and good cuts for my two little dogs. My two dogs are not the best but the ladies are great working with them. I had to let them know that the two dogs like to bite and they were so glad that I informed them about it. Over time my dogs have been better with them and not as much biting. I am posting a few pictures of today's cut. Thank you Pet Salon. read more

We brought our multipoo Olivia there for her second groom. She has been wearing various cones for three weeks and was matted terribly. Not to mention I tried to trim her face. We brought her today and couldn't be more pleased. Looks like a new dog. They had to trim her real short but she still has a style! So thankful! read more

I have adopted a rescued Pomeranian that was a mess, both physically and emotionally. Pet Salon agreed to take her and did an expert shave on her in record time at a reasonable price. Sue was her groomer, and she was very understanding and knowledgeable and a HUGE help. We chatted amicably about all kinds of doggie issues afterwards. I am SO happy that I found this place! HIGHLY recommended! Thank you! read more

They always go above and beyond! Sue is amazing and you can tell she truly loves animals. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This little pet groomers shop is little but great! We were so pleased with the great cut for our little shih tzus, as well as his well-trimmed nails! It took a little longer than usual, but there aren't many groomers open at this time because of the virus, and then it takes him a little more time because they have to go out to the car to pick up the dog and take the dog back out after he's done. We will definitely be taking him back! The price was very reasonable also. read more

I took my two ragdolls to Pet Salon following treatment for fleas with Program and Frontline. Pet Salon spent a considerable amount of time, over 3 hours, to shave them and flea bathe them until all signs of the fleas were gone. Despite this being their first instruction to a bath and them being a bit ornery, they came back home looking cute and their hair cuts were nice and even. Their price was reasonable and I paid more than they asked because I knew they worked overtime to make the boys feel better and look nice. Thank You from Sasha and Bailey read more
