Today was our first time taking our dog to Pet Salon. We previously took our dog to Petco and they would never attempt to cut his face. Our dog is very timid and scared so he takes work. When I booked the appointment Pet Salon gave us ways to help our dog get used to cuts and they truly took their time with him. I was able to tell they cared to make our dog comfortable and we were so appreciative that they worked with him as he is difficult! We will definitely be back read more

Love this place! There were booked pretty solid but said we could bring our dog in and they could get to him but couldn't give us a specific time. We were totally fine with that...as we were really flexible and would just pick him up whenever. Oh my gosh, they did an amazing job. We will definitely be back for upkeep! read more

We love Jeanette at Pet Salon. She takes care of my sensitive/timid pup so well. A friend convinced me to try a different groomer so I did... and our pup was not having it! She was washed and 1/2 groomed and I had to go pick her up. I called Jeanette in a panic... asking if she could take her very last minute and fix this mess we were in. She was so gracious and took her in for me. My dog does so well with her. Thank you, Pet Salon! I promise I won't go anywhere else ever again!! read more

I had taken my boy here 3 years ago and the ladies had done a really great job on my pup, and since they had an opening this week, I thought I'd take him in for his Spring clip. They just moved to a new location, but it was easy to find and they even came outside to pick him up personally. Just like last time, he was well taken care of. Thank you so much for always taking care of my fur baby! read more

What an incredible shop to have your pet pampered and groomed. Bella came out looking like the beauty she is. Her coat was so soft and I know I've made a new friend who will care for her for a long time. She gave me some tips for combing my Morkie Poo out in between groomings. Prices are reasonable, and if you want a place where they will love your dog almost as much as you do, I highly recommend Pet Salon. read more

I think they did a great job on our dog. We came in one weekend for a bath and cut. They worked very quickly with our dog and, afterwards, tey even let us know that she may be allergic to something and it's affecting her skin. Cons: I'd say the only thing that was lacking was that they're not as friendly as some other pet salons we've tried out. Not bad, just more straight forward and not too much smiling. But it could have been just a busy day and they were worn out. Overall I think they did a great job and we didn't wait long for our 40lb fur ball to come out clean and happy! read more

My family and I all bring our dogs here. They are amazingly sweet to all my dogs. My dogs get excited when they see them- somewhat weird but a great sign that they are kind to my pups. My dad also brings his anxious great Dane, and they are so patient and kind to him even though he's tricky. My dogs always look amazing. The ladies always are so thoughtful in working with my crazy schedule and fit me in as soon as they can. I highly recommend this pet salon and trust them entirely with my fur babies. read more

My Yorkie has been here several times. Today was a little different. He did not want to go in. I should've listen to him. I picked him up 4 hours later (which they did apologize for taking so long). The girl who I interacted with, is very sweet. Owner, not so much. I just noticed he has a cut by his left eye. The picture doesn't show it well but you can see redness. And tiny cuts on his belly. He's been whimpering since. Please take your fur babies elsewhere. read more

Love this place and the people in it! Had my dog groomed today, probably 5th or 6th time. Called them when i woke up to see if 1. Are they open on sunday and 2. If there was any way they could fit me in and as always they were there for me...Thank you so much! My ollie looks great. I am a bit disturbed by a negitive post left recently by Ethan.....my comment to you is..... maybe you should have taken BOTH your evidence pictures after you chopped off your dogs eye lashes. The picture you provided showing your dogs head clearly shows the eye lashes to be the same length, and the frontal picture shows one to be cut extremely short..... Just saying.....seems a bit fishy to me....thanks for the pictures, cute dog read more

I've been taking our pet to Pet Salon for six years and have always been happy with the service and the grooming. Sue is the best and very professional. The shop is always clean and orderly and Sue and her staff are polite and courteous. Sue brings to my attention when she suspects that my pup might have an ear infection, which I really appreciate. She was caring when I told her my dog was recovering from a recent fall and assured me she would be gentle. I have never had a bad experience in all the years we've been using Pet Salon. I happened to be at the salon dropping off my dog on the day the disgruntled customer came running out after her dog (10/5/17). I wouldn't pay any attention to the review she left. I've never had a problem with my dog running out the door as I leave her leash on until I hand her over to Sue or the other groomer. The pets are secure behind the counter. read more

Hello Everyone, Gentle Care from Dave! I walked in to Dave's salon today because my best friend, Muffin had become "Fluffy Muffy". This was Muffin's first visit to a salon. Dave spent a few minutes meeting her while he pet her and inspected her fur.? He quoted me a fair price with a 1 1/2 hour time frame (which was 1/2 the time). While he was taking our information another client arrived he efficiently checked us both in and tucked both dogs in kennels. When I arrived Muffin was happy! No signs of stress. She looked great! Dave followed my directions exactly and smelled so good. Long story short read at least 100+ reviews on groomers in Riverside & SB stories of knicks, cuts, injuries, price markups, the list goes on. Dave is gentle, honest, and really good at grooming. Try his salon his skills and prices will make you switch. Thanks Dave 12012 La Crosse Ave, Grand Terrace read more
