We love looking at the adoptable cats, the many varieties of fish, and all the birds and guinea pigs. There's always something fun to see, even if we're just stopping in for treats. We also meet other nice dog owners and their dogs, and we can walk in with our dog leash on. There is plenty of parking space outside, and the inside is well organized. They also offer dog training classes, which we plan on signing up for in the future. They have a vet area too, which is really convenient. Overall, it's a fun place to visit with friendly staff and a great selection of pet supplies and treats.

We have trusted Brittney, Lynita, and the team at Brittney's Bark & Stay with our Wheaten Terrier…read morefor years, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Brittney always made him look like the sweetest, fluffiest, most handsome version of himself, and Lynita cared for him during his baths with so much love and affection. It always meant so much to us knowing that they genuinely enjoyed seeing him and that he was more than simply another dog on their schedule. What has always stood out to me about Brittney's Bark & Stay is how genuinely they know and care about the animals entrusted to them. There is an enormous amount of comfort in leaving a dog you love with someone and knowing that he is being treated with patience, kindness, and love while he is away from you. We recently and very unexpectedly lost our Wheaten, and the compassion Brittney and Lynita have shown our family has meant more than I can adequately express. Hearing that they miss him too was incredibly touching. Knowing that he was loved and will be remembered by the people who cared for him over the years means so much to us. I will always be grateful to Brittney, Lynita, and the entire Bark & Stay team for taking such wonderful care of our sweet, fluffy, bearded, handsome boy. They were an important part of his life, and we couldn't have asked for better people to care for him.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could leave negative stars then I would!…read more I am LIVIDDDDDD!!!! My cat needed to be shaved. We dropped her off 9am. We asked for a Lion shave (full body just not the head and tip of tail) when we received her back at 4:30pm, the job was half finished. Literally one clear line across her torso of where she stopped shaving her (Pictures shown) I kindly RE-stated that we wanted her fully shaved and Betty told me no this cut is "cuter". I said well I really kinda wanted it to the neck and she kept saying how this cut is cuter than what I wanted and that it protects her legs, mind you my cat is STRICTLY indoors! I took her home and told my husband how upsetting it was. He recommended this groomer because he took his dog to her for years. My husband called the next day and Betty said we stated the wrong cut. Apparently what we want is called a "Strip Cut". She was very annoyed we wanted the cut finished. If she would've said that we wanted a different named cut, then ok I would've accepted we didn't know the different terminology. But she said it was cause she thought this was "cuter". Nonetheless She did say she'd fix it. We took the cat back and she shaved her in under 10 mins, but also CUT OFF ALL HER WHISKERS ON ONE SIDE OF HER FACE!!!! Like why?!!?!? I'm soooo mad!!!! For being a "skilled professional", why would she do that?????? You can clearly see in the photos the bluntness of the whiskers. I'm so upset. Ugh. If you're a cat owner and lover then you know that cutting their whiskers is a HUGE no no!! Ugh this is unacceptable. We paid $100 for this????? I'm pissed!!!!

I didn't realize it when I dropped off my dog, but when I went to the back and picked him up I saw how it really is. His ear hairs are all UNEVEN along with his face. He was there from 11:30 am to 5:43 PM. I don't see how time got away. I'm hoping for his next groomer appointment I can find someone that will take the time and really clean him and trim him great.
