I had high hopes for Pet Paradise Day Camp after recently moving and needing a new place for my dog, who has been going to daycare consistently for the past six months with zero issues. He's incredibly friendly with other dogs and thrives in a social play environment. Unfortunately, our experience here has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The first time I brought him in, I had to call and remind the staff to actually put him out with the other dogs -- something I paid for and was clearly supposed to be part of the day camp experience. That alone was concerning, but I decided to give them a second chance, thinking maybe it was just a fluke. The second visit was even worse. I arrived to pick him up early only to find out he had been kept in a kennel from 8 AM to 2 PM without ever being let out to play. Six hours locked up with no socialization -- this is not what day camp is supposed to be. We pay for our dogs to be active, engaged, and around other pups, not crated all day. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. It's a complete waste of money and a huge disservice to pet owners who expect quality care. I do not recommend Pet Paradise Day Camp to anyone who values their pet's well-being. There are far better options out there that truly understand what dog daycare is supposed to be.

I will say they have some nice areas and some areas that are a little outdated or need some deep cleaning, but overall it was fine. I loved their play areas, they were large and had many different options. I loved that they have a bone shaped communal doggie pool. Even though my baby hates water, it was so cute. They took good care of our pup and even sent us some amazing high quality photos of him being so cute and playing! It was a good experience overall.

We have never been charged that, didn't get told that even though our pickup was SCHEDULED for after noon and then didn't hear anyone in the lobby get charged that for the additional 20 minutes we had to wait for our dog while he got his nails trimmed since they waited to start until we got there. We missed him like crazy and worried about how he was feeling. Dennis actually had us come in halfway through, showed us what Carson had been learning, and said something that I keep thinking about: Carson wasn't missing us. Not because he doesn't love us, but because dogs live in the now. He was busy, focused, doing his thing. We felt so much better after that. Carson came home happy and calm and confident. He understood the rules and felt good about it. And he wasn't (as our son put it) a "bot" now - he was the same sweet and goofy pup but now, he could follow instructions and maintain self control when we needed him to. The staff were also straight with us about the fact that he'd have setbacks. That's normal. They spent a lot of time explaining what you do when it happens. In fact, they spent almost an entire day with all the families at graduation - going over what the dogs learned, getting you hands on practicing how to do it, answering questions, and really teaching a ton of helpful information. We're about to set up our in-home training visit, which will be for all of us, including our three kids - really great to get everyone aligned with Carson's training. The Dog Knowledge is fantastic! We are members now and plan to board our dog with them whenever we go on vacation. I cannot imagine trusting any place like we trust them.

Checked my dog in last Thursday-Sunday and confirmed day camp. After not seeing her on Webcam…read moreafter checking several times Thur & Friday morning we called at 11am. While in hold she amazingly appeared. I was told by Regional manager it was her fault for Friday since she had a meeting and didn't do roll call. Lame excuse to me. We could also never find her in any kennels. I asked about Thursday's Day camp and she said she would send me over time stamped video. It has been a week, several requests and no video. She was let out late on Saturday after we called again and when he got her home Sunday & gave her a bath, found what looks like a bloody bite wound behind her ear. I tried calling Monday and after several attempts, was told they weren't picking up because they were understaffed and told to send photos, which I did. I also requested day camp videos for everyday in writing & verbally and no response. Try finding contact information about the corporate office, they don't easily share it. Also check out BBB and see they are not members and have a "F" rating. After, a complaint filed on BBB a marketing person has sent me 2 emails, one asking for the location & one yesterday saying she would escalate it. I did find the HR manager's number Monday and she said she would have someone call me & no call. I think they may have been understaffed and thought they could get away with not providing day camp and still wonder how my dog got hurt.
