I'm about to drop off my dog, Gracie, at Pet Paradise. This time she will be staying for 21 days! I'm going to miss her dearly; however, I know she is in good hands. My husband and I wouldn't trust her with anyone else. She's like our child. We've used Pet Paradise five times since we moved to Florida and have never been disappointed. When we pick her up, she's always happy. Pet Paradise provides a unique environment where Gracie can thrive. Her boarding quarters is clean and large with an indoor/outdoor section. Also, the staff is very caring. They make sure Gracie gets her exercise. They take outside so she can play and meet new friends. There is also a pool if she wants to swim. We usually take Gracie's food; however, for an extra fee they will provide pet food. There are extra fees if you want more for your pet. For example, if you want pictures sent of your pet to keep you updated or if you want to have his/her nails cut (they call it a pedicure). We've had the pedicure done to Gracie and have been pleased. We highly recommend this luxurious boarding facility, if you want to have peace of mind while you travel. read more

Pet Paradise in Ormond Beach, Florida is the only place my husband and I trust with our dogs. Stella and Luke are our babies and they are very active dogs that need lots of mental stimulation and exercise, which is why we never hesitate to board them at PP. We always get extra playtime for them and it's nice to be able to log in anytime and see them playing in the pool through the live camera. I also call sometimes to check on them because I'm a crazy dog mom, and it makes me happy to know that they are having a great time. Not only do we love seeing pictures of our babies with the furever connected option, but the GoPro video is also our favorite extra recap of their stay. Anytime we pull up, our pups get super excited and they always look forward to going there! This place is great! We recently adopted a little dachshund lab mix from a shelter. We had to go away for the weekend and decided to have Annie board here for two nights. We thought putting her in the big room would be best because she was away from the other dogs and when she was at the shelter she was very afraid and stressed from all the other dogs barking. However, her being in the big room wasn't great for her because she hated being alone. The staff here was outstanding and super accommodating! They let her hangout in the office area with them rather than being alone in her room when it wasn't outside play time. They even called us so we could talk on the speaker phone to her! And I got a text from one of the workers showing us a picture of them putting her to work in the office! Our reason for leaving town was a difficult one but I can't say enough good things about this Pet Paradise! read more

Spoke with three very nice and courteous employees from Pet Paradise this morning. Each one of the young ladies were extremely professional and made the process very simple. Each of my questions were answered, if they did not know the answer immediately they found out before I hung up. Each concern was addressed, of course our pets are like our children. They have been a major part of our lives for eight years so we are concerned when we introduce our "kids" to a new adventure or process. This is the first time that we have chosen to board our animals. Pet Paradise comes highly recommended by Beville Animal Hospital, our vet Dr. Schroyer brings his pets to Pet Paradise as well so I am confident my animals will be taken care of as if they were their own. I wanted to start by saying, I looked at a few different places and this one by far was the best! We walked right in without an appointment and asked to see the facility. They had no problem at all showing us around and going over everything. It even smelled great all the way through the entire place. Since it was going to be Bella and Juliette's first time boarding they suggested we drop the girls off for a day of daycare,so they could get to know the staff and get comfortable with the place. It was also a free day. That was way above my expectations. So we did and it was great. Not only did the girls come home exhausted but I got an email with picture of them playing. We are Alley Daly's parents and want to comment on her 2 week stay at Pet Paradise Ormond Beach Fla. During our two weeks away we contacted PP on several occasions to check to see how she was doing. We are very pleased to tell you that we received personal reports on her each time we checked. We were told how she was adjusting to the facility and her physical activities. They even called me to find out if they could enhance her food with soup or caned dog food because she did not seem interested in eating. This communication made us feel comfortable leaving our little girl with them and knowing they were interested in her well being. This is my 3rd time I have left my pets in the care of Pet Paradise in Ormond Beach. As a pet owner it is always difficult to leave our animals but I am always at ease when I leave them here. The staff is amazing. They answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. I call to check on the dogs and I am always met with a cheery upbeat person who takes the time to talk to me about how the dogs are doing. They spend as much time with you as you need while you explain your specific pet needs and assure you they will be cared for. And they are. My dogs come back happy healthy and clearly pampered. Hi I need to board. My 7 month old puppy and just moved to Ormond Beach and was not sure of where to go so I stopped at Pet Paradise on Golf and Nova Rd and I took a tour and made a reservation for Carmellyas stay. They also gave her a day camp compliment visit so she was able to meet new friend before her stay. I dropped her off around 845 and she stayed until 530 when I when back to get her they had a daily report card ready and was glad to see that she had a fun day with friend and Kiersten her care provider. I feel very happy to use this place as Carmellyas will be there for 2 weeks coming up. And knowing that I can view the areas on line with Carmellyas visit. read more

I have been boarding my dogs at this location for years. The staff is always very friendly and they understand every dog has different needs. I love that all 3 of my dogs can stay in a room together so they aren't too stressed out and the kennels are very large with an indoor and outdoor space for them to use. It is more convenient for me than boarding with my vet too b/c Pet Paradise has weekend hours. I don't always travel M-F so it's important for me that I don't need to board them for longer than I need to and make them wait until Monday to get picked up. We will continue to trust our fur babies with the staff at Pet Paradise, they do a great job! read more

Pet paradise is a blessing!! The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We take our dog Cooper here a few times a month when we are on vacation or too busy for the day and can't give him all the attention a 10 month old Boxer deserves. Every time we pick him up he is exhausted and ready for a nap, so I know he's getting plenty of exercise. Plus they can bathe your dog for you before pickup. If you get a VIP room for $20 more, you can actually watch a live webcam of your dogs room on your phone! So if you miss your fur baby as much as I do, you can check in all day on him! Highly recommend Pet Paradise. The staff is so very compassionate, courteous, energetic,attentive,and all around amazing. Arya had so much fun playing in the play area, swimming in the kiddie pool and making new friends. I was able to check in on her throughout the day thanks to the live webcams that are set up in all the areas and when I called the staff was very happy to speak with me and tell me about all the fun she was having. Pet Paradise has continuously proven to be reliable and trustworthy with our pets. They are always willing to help with price and they take referrals and coupons/groupons seriously. We've been on vacation for five days and we have 0 worries about our dog. They fit in nail trimming and grooming and Maui always leaves there as happy as she arrived. We love the opportunity our dog gets to play with other dogs in a monitored, safe environment as well as other activities to keep her occupied. I am so completely satisfied with all aspects of the Pet Paradise experience. I first brought my senior dog to board here many years ago. As he aged and needed extra care and attention, the staff was very accommodating and understanding. He was a "guest" at Pet Paradise almost to the end. Our new guy is having the same, wonderful boarding experience as I write this review. This is his 3rd stay in three months. So thankful for this hidden gem. Our dog is nervous, timid, and was so scared to be away from us with his separation anxiety. We have been bringing him here for 2 years now and all of his worries have been cured. Each time we go to drop him off, he gets a little more excited to reunite with his friends. We have no worries that he is well taken care of! We enjoy looking at their Facebook page while we are away to see snap shots of his play time, and are glad when the girls give us updates when we call to check on him. My wife and I have been bringing our dog, Hazel, to Pet Paradise for over a decade as she is now almost 15 years old. We have always been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the care they provide. In November of 2020 we had her there for the first time this year due to crazy year we've been having. During this visit the staff also had to give her some meds she now needs to take. They followed all of our directions and we were happy with their service as usual. We recently moved here from MN where we had a long term relationship with a kennel for our greyhounds. We loved that kennel and were hoping to find something similar in our new neighborhood. We dropped our dog off for a "get acquainted" visit and she did really well. Got a chance to socialize with other dogs and meet the staff. We took a 5 day trip and were really pleased that our picky eater ate her meals well and we knew she was in a safe place. Bonus for her is there was another greyhound that she could socialize with. I love Pet Paradise. Even more important Jasper loves being at Pet Paradise. It is clean, friendly, well staffed. Jasper needs to be fed specially and the manager personally takes time to feed Jasper the way he needs to be fed. First time I went, I was allowed to view the entire facility. Very impressed. Jasper barks and jumps (with joy), the minute we walk in. He doesn't even say goodbye. Just wants to go play with his friends. I would not take him any other place. Wow, It was great. we originally had went for the free day as a trial for the pups because we were looking for a place to keep them when we have to travel. The employees knew all the dogs names, played with them constantly, and when we got home they were so tired they passed right out. We immediately booked them for the time of our trip and I have never felt so comfortable leaving them. My pets are like my babies and I feel secure leaving them here.
