A friend of mine, James, clued me into this canine hot spot while we stayed in Flagler Beach. A beautiful sprawling property with plenty of space for paws to roam. Humans are not forgotten as they have a relaxing area for puppy parents to visit and keep an eye on Fido. Though Milton caused some issues on the grounds, the owners are making quick work of the clean up. There is also a pool for puppers to cool of and enjoy a wet ball toss. There is a small fee to keep the pool clean, but it is well worth it. They also have boarding services and other dog minded accommodations. Bring your poop bags and check them out for a day of fun in the sun that is 5 paws certified! read more

Absolutely stellar service from everyone I worked with. Rick, the owner, was really diligent at communicating and sent plenty of pictures and videos to keep my mind at ease. My dog had a fantastic time and came home exhausted! The space for dog park daycare they have has plenty of room for my pup to run around and play as well as the climate-controlled cabin that is in the back of the park so she can cool off as well as escape the rain. They also offer the 1-on-1 daycare which is mostly indoor play as well as outdoor potty breaks. Lots of great options and very friendly people make me feel at ease about bringing my dog every time I need to. read more

We've used Bed and Biscuit for two years now and they have bee highly reliable. Yesterday they went the extra mile for our fur child and us. Returni from a hard day of appointments at Mayo, there was a major delay on I95 coming back to Palm Coast. We called and told them of our problem and they reassured us that they would take care of us. Fortunately, we made it back just before 6PM so maybe we overreacted a little! They know there way around the place and are welcomed in the same room each time. The Ladies that take care of them during their stay are all absolutely WONDERFUL! My dog stayed twice. During the second time my dog stayed, I couldn't get ahold of Bed and Biscuit to say I was stopped in construction. They finally called about 30 minutes before closing to say the phones were out. I was 10 minutes late. The person was very cold and said she was ready to lock the gates and leave my dog in the outdoor kennel and I wouldn't be able to get it. I asked if they wouldn't have moved him to being a boarder and feed him and tuck him in for the night. Or, since the phones weren't working, stay until I arrived. The answer was NO! I called yesterday to make an appointment for my dog to come again for day care. They couldn't remember him, so I described him, after which the person working there said, 'Oh, he's the stupid dog who helps retarded people.' Bentley's a very smart retired Service Dog! I really wasn't impressed with this kennel. Their website states "5 star accommodations" and it most surely is not. My 11 year old daughter and I both felt sad to be leaving our yellow lab and golden retriever there, but had no other choice due to a last minute medical procedure for my husband. We vowed to get back to pick them up as soon as possible the next day. The staff was friendly, though the person answering the phones didn't seem very knowledgable. The kennel was clean, but it reminded me very much of the humane society. It just didn't have a pet resort feel like advertised. I have been to several other dog boarding places and this was the bottom of the bunch. Maybe because of it's name, I expected something more "homey", however it was anything but that. Like I said, it had a humane society feel to it. I won't be bringing my dogs back here if I can help it. read more

Bed & Biscuits Inn is AWESOME and the BEST KENNEL in our 7 years of owning and boarding dogs!! Doggie pool time INCLUDED too!!! We brought our dogs to our family reunion but didn't realize the other relatives and guests were bringing theirs too (4 other dogs in a 2 bedroom house). We had to reluctantly find a kennel and found them online. They were the closest by Flagler Beach so we decided to take a chance! We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly and you can tell they were "dog people" too!! We got to choose between putting them in the house or the kennel with indoor/outdoor access. We chose the kennel. And because the staff took our dogs out to play often throughout the day, our dogs did NOT stink like they usually do after we board them. We knew they were not cooped up in the kennel all day and got some fresh air! As suggested to us, we found a coupon from the Mint magazine online for 1 night free for 3 or more nights stay which was really helpful budget-wise. The best review would probably how my dogs reacted when it was time to take them home: They ran straight to the pool instead of us. read more

We've only used Bed and Buscuit one time for our 2 dogs. It's a great place - the people are friendly and very welcoming. We instantly got a good vibe! There are three choices for your pet to stay. Two kennels or the house. The dogs are very well cared for and are kept active with frequent walks and outdoor play time. We are going to bring our dogs for a 2nd time this weekend and I know they will be as happy as they were the 1st time. This place definitely deserves 5 stars.. read more
