I was assured that I didn't have to worry, that they would make him look cute. When I picked him up I was in shock. He looked horrible. Entirely shaved down to nothing except most of his head. Having given not much for direction, I won't even hold that against them as the idea of cute is subjective. The concept of a good job is not however. The lines were so choppy as if no effort to blend was taken at all. They shaved half way up his face and then just stopped. Picture submitted. The line on the back of his head isn't even kind of straight or blended. Though I appreciate the ability to get us in right away, I now know why they weren't busy. Thank you for being friendly and warm but I regret to say that we won't be back. Two stars are merely for the convenience of the appt and the friendliness of the staff, and not a one for the job that was done on my dog.

Boy, were we pleasantly surprised when she came over! Not only was Suze super-professional, but she 1) treated us as valued customers from the start, and 2) she treated her business like a business - GO FIGURE! Licensed, bonded, & insured, Suze was the real deal when it came down to the brass tacks of her business. Not only did she maintain a legitimate business presence, but she also carried herself in a professional manner, and had all the documentation that you would expect from a professional. She asked the right questions, took notes, and walked the property with us, in order to cover ALL the bases, in the event of an, "Uh oh" moment. Beyond getting us to wag our tails, our dogs were instantly drawn to Suze's calmness & demeanor. Our pets - whom are family, to us - were happy and relaxed in Suze's presence, which made us feel supremely confident in her abilities to manage our home & hearth while we were away. During our absence, we would receive texts / photos periodically - and Suze never hesitated to contact us with a question / concern, whether about the property, or the dogs. They have a great understanding of the biological needs of my dog and don't go rushing to pump her full of medications or cut her open before they understand the problem. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who likes them so it is often several days before I can get in to see the vet. It's also great to shop for food and toys at their attached store. You can find all kinds of products that are made from things my dog can eat, rather than feeding her a bunch of chemical preservatives and artificial flavorings bonded with rubberized meat product. But again, the quality doesn't come cheap.

But, we are still happy with the service. We haven't gone to another vet, but haven't felt we needed to either. I felt the service was friendly and the concern for our dogs well being was sincere. We've only ever interacted with Dr. Todd Coleman (the son of Dr. Charles Coleman) and also the vet assistants and desk-receptionist. The majority of our interactions have been pleasant. It is nice to have a clean facility with pet food and supplies available for sale in the same building. I wouldn't know how their prices compare to other veterinarians in town as I haven't shopped around.

I didn't get a clear answer on this question, but if you don't pay for play time, does your dog even get to go outside during the day at all!? Or are they just stuck in there all the time! 4) Staff was not friendly and didn't want to answer questions 5) The owner (i assume, older guy, retired doctor) has a real "I know better then everyone" attitude.
