This breed is incredibly large, but it doesn't phase the staff in the least. While a little more expensive than some of the other local groomers I have used over the years, I am confident that my pets have been well treated and the staff does a great job, not an easy undertaking. The new facility is gorgeous, particularly noticeable is the additional room they now have for boarding, something I will now consider given the more expansive space. The staff has always been friendly, engaging and kind to my pets, now with the new facility, it's time to consider the additional services.

As soon as you walk in, you can tell that the place is not taken care of. Things are falling apart, broken. Also it has an overwhelming stench of urine. I understand when you have an establishment filled with animals, there will be accidents but this was brought to another level. The dog kennels are small and dark, and the outside area allows for almost no room to move except just to pace. I inquired about scheduled play times with other dogs in which I was told there were none. You do have the option to pay an additional fee for someone to play with your dog one-on-one only once a day. It was very upsetting just thinking of bringing my dog here.

We called just days before our vacation and secured a spot for Milos, out cat. I had never been without him for more than 24 hours so I was VERY nervous but the staff members were so kind and reassuring. My absolute favorite part about this facility is that they have cameras in like every room so you can see your fur baby any time of any day! After dropping Milos off I immediately pulled up the video feed and watched as the Ark staff placed him in the cat room and just let him explore and get familiar with the space. Over the days I watched them feed him and let him out here and there - sometimes with another kitty which I thought was great for him. When we picked him up they were sooo sad to see him go. All the staff knew exactly which kitty he was and said they'd had so much fun playing with him and taking videos with him. Milos did not seem stressed at all when we got him back. I will definitely be bringing Milos back to the Ark and highly recommend this place for all cats and dogs!

As I type this at 12:30 AM, all I can hear is the sound of those poor dogs barking almost all night, starting around 9 or 10 PM and lasting until about 5 AM. That being said one of my boys does not do well with a pet sitter at home so I had to find a place for them when I move to Tennessee. I liked everywhere, read all the reviews and could not seem to find the right place. Two of my coworkers told me about Wolftever and I will always be so thankful to them. The staff is so kind and caring and not judgmental of the fact that my boys are a bit needed and can sometimes be dog reactive (both were attacked my dogs in the past before I had them). They have cameras in the rooms with them and anytime I check the room is clean, my boys are happy and many times I see the staff in the room living in my boys. I only went to Savannah, GA and drove as fast as I could to the kennel. Sign said no pickup until after 3pm. I'm there - they wouldn't let me go back to see her when they brought her out I noticed something was not right with her backside. I asked what happened to her? The girl looks at me and says I have no idea she goes but you did sign off on liability. At this time, I just wanna get Delilah home, but I wanted to come across the counter and ring her neck I looked at her and I said I signed off on liability, not negligence. You have veterinarians right next-door. Something happened to her and she should've been seen. After going to an emergency veterinarian in downtown Chattanooga $8000 later, my dog who just turned four in 2025 is handicapped. She has damage to her back vertebrae's and her anal sphincter. So in other words when she has to go poop, her little nub will go straight up in the air, I have to run to get her outside. She has no control. She also can't wag her nub anymore either I would never recommend this place and I have medical records to back up improve what I'm saying is the truth. I now have a dog that if I need to board her and I have found a boarding facility that I do love she has to wear a diaper. Biggest mistake I have ever made, and I have to live with this for the rest of my life. And unfortunately, so does Delilah.
