They give you updates throughout your dogs stay, spend lots of quality time with the dogs, and my dog always comes home tired from all the fun he has had. At the end of the stay, you get a "report card" letting you know how everything went. They also are extremely friendly and do everything to make you comfortable about leaving your fur baby. This dog was supposed to have been imported from the Czech Republic was supposed to come with shot record, pedigrees were to be converted to AKC papers. When dog arrived it we didn't get any of the papers, not one thing we requested was completed, dog had worms, only one testicle and half ass training. There is no proof that this dog was imported or had any shots. I purchased this dog last November delivered in March still waiting for papers. New owner will not help at all, he did say that we could send the dog back for training and we said no if it wasn't done right the first time we wouldn't be fooled again. New owner Matthew Cox takes no responsibility for the dog ( he was the new owner from the end of January and was responsible for our dogs training from then until delivery) and says he didn't know of the dog even though he worked there for prior owner Bob Frost before buying company. We are seeking to get a refund for the purchase price of dog and training since Matthew Cox refuses to provide import papers, shot records, and pedigrees. We advise that you seek another company evaluate their boarding kennels, examples of trained dogs, and ask a lot of questions before spending you hard earned money. Stay away fro Ohio pet resort.
