Laurie and Bob have been walking my pup Lazer for 4 years and words cannot explain how amazing it has been. Lazer and Bob have developed such a beautiful bond. I occasionally check in on the cameras and always see them playing or Bob sitting on the floor letting Laz cover him in kisses. Over the years I've continued to receive comments from neighbors about how great both Bob and Laurie are with Laz as well. I cannot recommend Laurie and her team enough! The care and communication are unmatched. I am so grateful to have worked with them for so many years and am heartbroken that our working relationship is ending. They have brought me so much peace in knowing Lazer is walked, given fresh water, and kept company while I work. That peace of mind is invaluable and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you Laurie, Dave and Bob! Lazer and I will miss you

They look forward to their afternoon daily walks while my wife and I are at work. I really like the notes on the walk that a walker will leave, it goes a long way to making me feel like the dogs are truly cared for. Laurie was even able to have a walker - Steve - who speaks Russian, for our russian-speaking dog! How cool is that! The price is right, the service is excellent.

After trying groomer after groomer in Hoboken, nobody seemed to be able to groom teddy just right. Erica is great to work with and always attentive to both my needs as well as Teddy's. I really appreciated the transparency and communication. With regards to scheduling I haven't run into an issue as I usually schedule my next appointment at the time I pick up my dog. Overall so happy!!

REVIEW FOR CAT GROOMING:…read more Very good experience here. We don't have much to compare to as this is the first place we tried but were very satisfied! My family actually brings our long haired kitty cat here because her fur tends to get very matted, tangled and gross. I'd imagine this is scary for her because it's a salon full of dogs! But they do their best to make her comfortable and we've been satisfied with the results. Sometimes she looks silly like the time they made her look like a little lion (with the little tail poof) but now we specify what we want her to look like. So just discuss the desired result with them. They even put an adorable little bandana on her sometimes! So I would recommend this place for cat owners, unless your cat is really easily spooked, then you might want to seek out a place that caters to only cats. Also, just as an fyi, as far as cats are concerned, grooming changes their smell. Her cat family (mom and brother) do not immediately recognize her natural smell (b/c it's masked by the smell of shampoo) and ostracize her for a little bit. Sometimes they even smack her around! But it usually gets back to normal quickly.

And if that's the case was my dog in a cage for 7 hours?? Overall, this place is not somewhere i will bring my dog or recommend someone to bring theirs. They are extremely tardy, have excuses all the time, and leave cuts (small and not harmful) on my dog because they're clearly rushing and do not care. That's why I wouldn't recommended this place. I hope this review was helpful, I'm sure that's why this (at the time of writing) salon only has 6 reviews, everyone else who didn't like this place did not bother to let everyone know how bad this place is.

He was not housebroken and was a nightmare on a leash. Jess was able to provide us with great suggestions to help keep him from having accidents in the house, and following her advice got us into the right routine with him. We started to take Copper on the bi-weekly pack walks, which are such fun and a great opportunity to socialize with all sorts of dogs and people. We worked with Jess one on one as well to figure out how to get our pup to walk on a leash. She has a great disposition and our dog immediately responded to her. She then assisted us as we practiced the methods she used to make walking with Copper a more pleasant activity. We are very grateful to Jess for helping us and Copper to get into good habits together!
