His daily hour-long walks are now the highlight of his day (and mine, if I'm being honest). The walkers are super reliable, communicative, and clearly love dogs. I especially love the little updates and photos after each walk. It gives me peace of mind knowing he's out there exploring and being cared for by people who genuinely love what they do. If you're looking for a team that will treat your dog like family and actually enjoy spending time with them, Play Pals is it. Five enthusiastic stars from me and several tail wags from Raymond!

Upon contacting MixyPaws, they were quick to set up an appt to have a MixyPaws representative to come to our apartment to meet Arnie, go over Arnie's walking needs and introduce us to the walker who would walk Arnie each day. It was very professional and thorough. MixyPaws is quick to reply on email to any schedule changes or requests, and took special care to follow COVID protocols within our building and apartment. The walkers also share photos and updates during each walk. It's very seamless. We requested that Arnie walk to Central Park for each of his walks and our walker always abided. Big shout out to walkers Lala, Marissa and Christian for making Arnie's walks so special.

Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I'm adding the payment I made. I can't believe they have no shame. Specially after being so negligent, wow, everyone stay away this is the type of people you let in your home.
