Penny is a dog behavioral specialist and Marvin is a trainer handler of Police dogs. It was quite pricey but that's not unexpected since we wanted the typical show cut on our bichon which takes a lot of skill and time plus I wanted to keep her fur relatively long. It took just over two hours and we were so happy with how it turned out. This is the best haircut she's ever gotten!
