We could tell right away that she was in good hands. It only took 2 hours from the time we dropped her to the time we picked her up. They texted us 15 mins prior to her completion. When we picked her up everything went well, our pup was so happy!! The price was reasonable and Lisa scheduled Lola for her next grooming service. Despite aggressive treatment and over $18,000 in vet bills, I had to say goodbye to my best friend just two days ago. This wasn't just bad luck--it was preventable. I reached out to the groomer multiple times to ask what products were used so my vet could understand what happened. I was ignored. The lack of accountability and transparency has been infuriating and heartbreaking. The trauma, pain, and grief my dog, myself, and my family have endured over the past year are beyond words.
