Despite aggressive treatment and over $18,000 in vet bills, I had to say goodbye to my best friend just two days ago. This wasn't just bad luck--it was preventable. I reached out to the groomer multiple times to ask what products were used so my vet could understand what happened. I was ignored. The lack of accountability and transparency has been infuriating and heartbreaking. The trauma, pain, and grief my dog, myself, and my family have endured over the past year are beyond words. I feel robbed of the years we still should have had together. She was 65 lbs healthy and only 38 lbs by the end. The stress and pain she went through here sparked the end of it all. It's not safe to bring your pets here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
