This store is a puppy mill. They sell breeds that aren't recognized by the AKC and they sell unethically bred dogs. no ethical breeders would breed a Pomeranian and husky (pomsky) together. They also breed cavapoos which is unethical. Don't let what they say fool you. This place is a mill and sells dogs for thousands of dollars just for money. The cleanest pet store I've ever seen. Friendly staff, cute dogs, and rooms you can play with them. They even had a stingray!

It is very nice pet shop - friendly staffs, welcoming space, complete stocks. However the reptile section doesn't have turtle; however they have a chameleon named Roger, who lives in the pet center. There are lizards, Pacman frog, and various snakes. Still wishing they would have turtles. There is a small koi pool in almost center of the store. I picked a pair of small koi. They are super cute and responsive when I get close. They have play time for their puppies and birds, so it's fun to bring kids to the store, and asked staffs' assistant for a little interaction with animals. Puppies from this pet center are for purchase, not for adoption. Adoption is more expensive than buying, because it needs priceless love than the number you can find on the price tag. read more

I'm not a pet owner or a would be owner too. But I swear this would be one place I would love to come EVERYDAY! The shop is filled with people and lot of kids waiting to own or pet the puppies. They also have individual compartments where people get to pet the puppies before owning them. They also have reptiles like chameleon or garden lizards, aquatics such as fishes, parakeets and a shop full of pet-friendly accessories. It's a lovely thing to watch these pets, mainly the cute puppies healthy and active. But I so wish they don't look to be locked behind glass doors and are more accessible. The staff are so gentle with the pets and pleasant to the customers. I'll keep coming here and one day hope could be a customer myself! read more

I don't know if they are going through an internal struggle or having hard time finding decent employees , but the staff used to be so nice there. As of lately there seems to be no sense of customer service and or integrity. Your customers are what bring you money. I normally only use yelp for just seeing reviews on stores before shopping. I recently purchased a baby bunny. His nose look like it had been running and I mentioned it to the lady at the pet store and she told me he had just been checked by vet and he was fine. He was not. It cost me a vet visit the very next day and a second vet visit, and two rounds of antibiotics. I went in today looking to purchase a puppy, when I was walking around. No one came up to me, asking if I needed any assistant or if I was looking for something in specific . When I had an eye out for a puppy, I tried grabbing an employee's attention, but they were all huddled up talking to one another having their personal conversations. When I finally grabbed an employee's attention. The employed seemed bothered and annoyed. But when we finally got the puppy to play with it, the puppy peed and pooped on the ground so we kindly put the puppy on the bench away from the mess.(My girlfriend was taking care of the dog while I tried to get an employee) When we got an employee's attention. They were quick to grab the puppy and told us that the puppy couldn't be on the bench, but we weren't told that in the beginning. And the employees are quick to forget things because earlier we asked for the puppy information and didn't received it till we reminded them that we wanted the puppies information. Do not purchase your pup from this establishment. They over charge and sell suck puppies. I have had my dog for two months and I am still dealing with a sick dog with giardia that was spread to my other healthy dog and now my son and I have been sick for three days with this parasite. They crate dogs together and the dogs are left to eat feces. $6000.00 for a sick dog with a parasite that is impossible to get rid of. I have had to get my carpets and sofas cleaned steam cleaned twice and now I have to get it done again because there is poop everywhere. Simply Awesome! This store has a great selection of pups, and they get new ones every Monday. They also have a nice selection of fish, ferrets, and other critters. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can take your time and play with as many pups as you like, and keep coming back to play with more. If you are looking for a puppy, come here at talk to Alyssa. She is a wealth of knowledge! I came to the store about 5 times and spent plenty of time discussing what I am looking for with Alyssa. She took her time answering all my questions, and I had plenty! It's a great store, and Alyssa makes it the best pet store I have ever been to. Not a great place to shop. Owner is nasty and has no problem threatening. Adoption fees exceed $4000. When asking price over the phone they are hesitant to give you, hoping to drive, there fall in love with the puppy and then finance the puppy. We recently purchased a gorgeous Irish Setter from the store. She is perfect and healthy in every way so far (It has only been 3 weeks). The cleanliness of Petcenter outways any other pet store we visited and the staff has been super friendly so for that 5 stars. However upon having an expert comb through her pedigree, we were disappointed to learn half were out of Amish country & considered back yard breeders. While the other half did check out.. it was for great, great grandparents. Her direct breeder, we could not find a thing on (Also from a highly populated Amish area) which makes us think he is trying hard not to be found. If all breeders had been show winners and had good reputations, the price of her would be justified but knowing what we do now, we feel dooped. I am sure Petcenter visited the site of our setter and found it to be fine but that doesn't make her pedigree different. Again, healthy, happy, super affectionate puppy we are happy with but majorly disappointed with her background. read more
