We brought our pup to her so she could evaluate what was going on, and when he came home, she walked us through a step by step process that allowed him to be confident being home alone again. I was seriously concerned that we wouldn't be able to leave him alone ever again, but Elena knew what to do, and encouraged us to patiently stick with the program. Now we can leave him at home and he's relaxed and happy. The vet could only recommend that we drug him. Elena really knows dogs and she is excellent at giving them a voice. We are so grateful. I feel so safe with them in my home and taking care of my little girl. One time Opie kept me up all night with a cough and in respiratory distress. I couldn't get her in for a vet appointment until later than next day and so I felt SO worried about leaving her in the morning. I reached out to Shady Waggers and updated them on the situation. Not only did they go above and beyond, going over and visiting/checking on her earlier than the appointment I scheduled with them, but they stayed longer and sent me updates on how she was doing and pictures. I'll never use another service for all my doggie care needs. Seriously everything about Sapphire and her team is super professional. She knows alot about dogs and how they like to be treated. They use a GPS tracking feature that alerts you when your walk begins and ends and you get notes via their system that are always personal with cute pictures that really help put you at ease. I've had my share of shady dog walkers in Houston and CANI is a blessing. She is very particular about who she hires so her team is currently very small. Jesús is my walker and my Lab and I love him!
