I love that they bill me electronically and I could set up auto-pay. When I do see the employees they are polite and pleasant. I've also had an easy time finding someone to talk to by calling during business hours or emailing. They are always happy to explain billing or even take special requests. I asked them to come on a Friday one week because I was having a backyard party! The reason I gave a four instead of five is because it's expensive, definitely comparable to other pickup services. Also, if there is inclement weather and they don't come, they still charge a reduced rate for those weeks. I mean, the dog IS still making deposits ;)

They create 6-9 piles per day and now that my husband and I are empty nesters and I don't have the free labor of kids living at home to take care of this nasty task, I have Poop911 do the dirty work. I love it even better in the winter when the piles are more obvious and I'm not risking injury navigating an icy and uneven yard trying to keep things clean.
