I was informed they were no longer associated with them, and the current staff were booked for the rest of the day. The caveat was if there were a cancellation, I would be called. Never received a call. I have a bad impression of veterinary medicine practiced in this area; extreme pricing, unnecessary procedures, and the inordinate use of technicians.

They took time and answered all our questions. Then took us on a tour of the property and explained play time and how they make sure they observe the dogs first before putting them with other dogs. As we walked the property it was clean and the play areas were well kept. There is always someone on the property with the dogs. The day we picked King up he seemed fine and relaxed and I also noticed that King's nails were trimmed. They really do look after the dogs and went above and beyond. We will definitely using them again!!!!

Left three days worth of food, special brand as he has a sensitive digestive system, treats, and his arthritis medicine. We get a call Sunday evening telling us our dog growled at the young caretaker, and they would not be letting our dog out of his kennel. Luckily we were only in Wisconsin and woke up at 4:30 AM to head home. When we picked our dog up, less than one serving of food was missing, no treats or medicine was given either. Maybe he did growl from hunger? The diarrhea has not subsided, so there will be a vet bill to add to this adventure. Seems completely at odds with the positive review they got last year. Very distressing situation.

We also had never been away from them for that long before. Hannah was incredible with the chaos our brood brings. She was proactive and understanding with our husky's affinity for urinating everywhere. (Thank you so much for cleaning up all that potty!). We got daily updates of their shenanigans and when we got home everyone was in great spirits. It was also way more affordable than I originally intended to spend when compared with other companies. Not Hanai. Here were warmly welcomed and they offered immediate service, even staying late to receive us as we traveled over an hour to get there. She was able to meet our need to have Henry privately cremated and returned to us the following day. I also wanted him placed in a box my grandfather had made. The space was so warm and welcoming. And by the door of the farewell chapel (for a lack of a better term) was an "H". That was my sign. I was leaving my Henry in good hands. The next day were were called and able to pick him up early! The whole process took less than 24 hours. My questions, concerns and worries were all addressed. My need to have my baby cocooned in his blanket with his fav toy was not questioned. She was able to wrap Henry's ashes in a section of the blanket. They took lovely paw prints for us. They understood how special Henry was to us and our need to have him returned home to us before the holidays. I can not say enough good words about Hanai and the people who operate it. You can trust your furry four-legged babies in their hands and to ease you stress during difficult times. I highly recommend Hanai Pet Cremation. I also must add she lovingly helped us remove Henry from the van and place him in the "chapel" She was so kind and understanding. My Henry would have liked her..

I am here from out of town with my service dog, Murry, while my mom receives care at Mayo Clinic…read more We hadn't planned to stay here so long, and before I knew it it was time for Murry to get a haircut. I don't know anyone in the immediate area, so I had to rely on online reviews to pick a groomer, which made me pretty anxious. I chose Fluff & Buffs based on I think google reviews, and their closeness to our hotel. (Five minute or so walk down the street.) I called on a Sunday, and Tanya got back to me the next day. She asked me a few questions about Murry, and was able to give me an estimate of where pricing for his grooming might start, depending on whether he needed any extra work. We scheduled him for the following Saturday. My sister walked with me to take Murry to his appointment, and we both thought the facilities seemed nice. His scheduled groomer was Liz, and the way she interacted with Murry made me feel a lot more comfortable leaving him. I was really nervous about leaving him with someone I had no experience with. Liz gave me a call a couple hours later to go pick him up, and when we got there I was really happy with the results. Murry looked great - Liz had really paid attention to what kind of cut I had asked for, and the quality of her work was great. Best of all, Murry was totally calm, relaxed, and happy. He didn't act as though he'd been through any stress at all. Liz is awesome! The cost ended up being a little lower than the initial estimate, which was already reasonable for a standard poodle. I was super grateful for that. All in all, this was an excellent experience. If for some reason I find myself in Rochester again with a dog needing to be groomed, I'll be calling Fluff & Buff. Five stars well deserved.
