I checked in several days ago; after they took my dog back, they needed more info. But first, other people walked in, and they dealt with them because "they didn't want a bunch of dogs in the lobby". Ok, but then it happened again, and again, and then a fourth time. 4 people came in after me and 4 left before me. I finally explained I had a plane to catch, and she took my info. On my return, I came to pick up my dog and was greeted with a frown and a very unfriendly demeanor (the receptionist did not appreciate the fact that I arrived exactly at opening time, I presume but due to delayed flights, I had just gotten home and hadn't slept for over 24 hours). Then, as I paid, I saw on the screen that I am expected to tip. NOPE. You fed my dog the food I gave you and took her out to potty a few times a day. I have no idea how you treated my dog, I only know I received her back stressed and hoarse, so I am guessing it wasn't stellar or worth a tip. I am NOT tipping for the basic service I am already paying for. I am done with everyone wanting a tip. If the company needs to pay their people better, then that is what they need to do. I won't be back. Get the whole tipping thing off of the payment screen!

We received our confirmation text before our last appointment but needed to reschedule for 2 weeks due to a death in our family. When I texted to ask were we able to reschedule, as of today no one has responded. While wishing this business the best maybe it is for the best that my family of pups move on... Oh. My. Goodness…read more So worth the wait! It took quite some time to get the first appointment but tiny dog is looking super fresh! Donna is a grooming goddess! She listened to exactly what we wanted, was super considerate of tiny dog's diva attitude, and even called in the middle of grooming when she had a question about how I wanted her cut. Toodles just got home and she is the adorablest she has ever been Also, their location is so convenient right in the heart of broad ripple, there is easy parking for drop off and pickup right in front of the building, they have lenient drop off time windows and are super fairly priced. Also, tiny dog is usually angry at us after a trip to the groomer and hides in her room for the rest of the day. However, after her trip to the village dog, she's napping peacefully on the couch.

The one woman who grooms my dog whenever I bring the dog there (about every 6 weeks), has been super helpful and treats my dogs so well. My dog comes home happy, and ready to begin the dirtying process again so I can return her to this groomer. Well worth it for their care, timeliness, and grooming skills.

We didn't get a receipt printed out and that's on us but apparently they didn't record the transaction. They called us saying we hadn't paid. We told them we did and they said they would look into it. We got a call back saying that they figured it out and we didn't have to pay. Now, two weeks later they call us again saying they are going to take us to collections if we don't pay AGAIN. If you don't want to pay for things twice don't go here.
