At this point, I was freaked out that I needed service ASAP and asked if there was any way someone could come today and they were able to re-arrange their schedule to send a technician out THAT DAY! Not only was the technician very professional, explaining why and what he was doing step by step, but he also went into my attic to sweep and spray (which my friend said even his service doesn't do, and he owns multiple properties throughout Texas).
