We bought our house about a year and a half ago and last spring/summer was our first here. The…read moreamount of wasps and carpenter bees in our yard, sliding, gutters and shed were alarming. We also noticed the normal ants during spring/summer and spiders throughout the year. This year, we called professional exterminating and they came out the next week. Joel was our technician, he was very knowledgeable, personable, listened to our areas of concerns, answered all our questions and explained every step of the process before starting. The initial visit, the inside and outside of the home were sprayed. We recently had a period of a lot of rain and noticed the wasps coming back on the sides of the gutters and shed, I called and two days later Joel came back to spray the entire perimeter and shed at no cost to us. Not only did he come back almost immediately after the call was placed, but was prompt both times, even a few minutes early! We were given a 30 minute window so we didn't have to wait around all day either which is rare these days. I would 100% recommend professional exterminating. They have different options to fit your needs and the pricing is VERY reasonable!
