Knowing it was going to rain, I called on Monday to ask them to come earlier in the week to make sure the grounds were sprayed. They told me "not to worry about it" and that they would "take care of it." This was untrue. Now the day before my wedding, it is raining. They refuse to spray. That's not even the worst part. I spoke with Abbey, a manager in the store. She was dismissive, rude, and defensive about her poor customer service and her company's failure to live up to its responsibility. In fact, she refused to take any responsibility, blaming the weather and saying there was "nothing they could do." I did point out they could have come earlier in the week, they could have communicated with us better that they wouldn't be able to spray with the rain, and that we might have issues. But we were left in the dark until the day before the event that there would be no spraying. This was upsetting, and then on top of that to have Abbey be condescending on the phone with people who do not know pest control or what it entails was the worst customer service experience of my life. I will be reporting to the better business bureau, and I would never recommend this company for any special event. I was able to contact Orkin who took care of my pest needs and were pleasant and appreciative of the fact this was my wedding and a very important occasion.

His inspection was thorough and found a lot of areas to set traps, and he set a number of baits and bait stations. Mike also found the likely intrusion points and gor the plugged. Mike was great at explaining what to look for,and the best place to set, and advised on how to properly set, snap traps. The day Mike was here, we caught 4 more mice in the basement and, since then, we've seen no further evidence.
