We received a very large bowl of marinated fish with Peruvian Embellishments (Peruvian Corn, onion salsa, corn nuts, sweet potato, plantain chips) and it was reasonably good. The sandwiches here are like no others. They are very generously packed with filling and were on a very good quality rolls. The Pork sandwich was PACKED with lots of flavorful pork and some sweet potato. The sweet potato gave the sandwich something very special. It was moist, creamy, and sweet and really complimented the pork. I tried the chicken sandwich. I was surprised that it was chicken salad. It was very creamy and packed with LOTS of chicken salad. It seemed freshly made and was shredded very nicely. It was so big that I had to eat the one half like two open sandwiches and took the other half home.
