The guy at the counter was disrespectful and dismissive as I heard everything he said on the phone with my nephew. Instead of checking the fish and admitting it was wrong he got defensive like he was right and no mistake took place but him not knowing I'm an avid fisherman and trained culinary chef that could tell the difference in a fish I wouldn't cook or eat for over 20 years he couldn't fathom because what he saw was a young black male who he thought didn't know better. He thought he could just pass on this to him and it would be ok not knowing I was on the phone and on my way there. Me, my family and friends have supported this place since it was established and the owner's know who I am. Once my nephew said his complaint would be heard by them the counter staff immediately returned the money but with discontent. When I arrived my nephew was outside the gate was pulled and the front door was locked.
