We had to pick it up from a central serving station. We ordered a lot! Chicken wings, rice and plantains. It smelled so good and fragrant. One thing we missed was the toppings bar at the front of the restaurant. Darn! It would have been nice to put some peppers and onions on our wings. However, the food was hot, delicious and satisfying. There was so much! The servers were friendly and accommodating as well as the cashier. The cost was reasonable as well. The place was clean, organized and comfortable. All in all, we would recommend a visit soon, especially to this location!

Besides the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. They really put a lot of thought into designing and decorating the interior. There were charging stations and handbag hooks under the bar tables!! It seems small, but that level of attention to detail is a welcome change. Our family tried a variety of dishes, starting with the Jalea, a fried seafood platter. While the portion was smaller than what you typically find at other Peruvian restaurants, the seafood was fresh. I just wish there had been more calamari, fish, shrimp, and fried yucca. We also ordered the Chicken (Pollo) Chaufa and the Seafood Chaufa. Both dishes came in small portions, and the seafood was only placed on top of the rice. Sadly, they lacked the distinctive Chaufa flavor and tasted a bit bland. The Lomo Saltado beef was tender but similarly lacked seasoning, and the Ají Amarillo was just okay. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the ambiance felt warm and inviting. It seems the food might have been adjusted to cater to a more traditional or less adventurous palate. Peruvian cuisine is renowned for its rich flavors and Asian influences, and I believe it has the potential to be truly exceptional.
