Ron came out & corrected, also wanted extra padding that I paid for, installer left none, but did leave the carpet. Ron eventually supplied me with what looked to be used pad, just know it Was Not the Pad I Paid For. Installer extremely rude, payed $400 to move very few pieces of furniture & their measurements were at 90 square yards, Lowe's & Home Depot we're both at 87 square. New porch was sloped into my house causing extensive water damage, resulting in a homeowner's insurance claim! There were too many things to list that either did not get completed or were done improperly!!!! And lastly, the porch will be a teardown!!!!
