Started out good and went bad. Carpet selection was great as was customer experience. Was told…read moreinstallation would be by noon; in fact it didn't happen until 4 PM with no call. Was told we would owe installer $200; in fact we were asked for $276. Head installer made several phone calls during installation and left several loose staples on the new carpet. Based on the experience with the installer, would not use this company again.

Installer refused to use a Transition strip In area that I explained from the beginning to Ron that I probably would want, no it wasn't included in the bid, as I was assured it didn't need done, but it did, I got into huge argument with the installer, even though I Agreed to pay the difference. Ron came out, offered a solution that was just ok. But installer done the the same stunt in bedroom, I didn't catch, until I returned from Florida. Ron came out & corrected, also wanted extra padding that I paid for, installer left none, but did leave the carpet. Ron eventually supplied me with what looked to be used pad, just know it Was Not the Pad I Paid For. Installer extremely rude, payed $400 to move very few pieces of furniture & their measurements were at 90 square yards, Lowe's & Home Depot we're both at 87 square. I chose Degler because it was locally owned, my mistake, never again. 2 stars as the store is nice, my experience was not. I from Kokomo, Indiana, not California.
