I had Grand Roofing give me an estimate to fix a leak on my roof and give the whole roof an…read moreinspection to identify any other things that needed to be fixed. Grand Roofing was the second company that I got an estimate from, the estimate from Grand Roofing was significantly less than the other company due to a lot less "padding" in the estimate from Grand Roofing and a more focused scope of work. For example, estimate # 1 wanted to replace all shingles going up the roof for maybe 15 feet whereas Grand Roofing replaced 3-5 feet where the leak was actually occurring. Another area of "padding" in the other estimate was 4 hours of labor ($553) to fix the other issues with my roof which were addressed by Grand Roofing in under an hour. I went with Grand Roofing: they fixed the leak and were able to address the other roof issues for a much more reasonable estimate. Hopefully I won't need a new roof for another decade but if I do I'm definitely going to be going with Grand Roofing again due to their honest business practices.

Above All Construction have done a great job on my current insurance claim. Specifically their attention to detail and over all professional nature has been great. They show up on time and stay on a consistent schedule until the work is complete. They take care in cleaning up their job site at the end of each day and their supervisors do a great job of communicating the schedule and status of the job. I was going to get multiple quotes but due to the lack of timely communication from other contractors I went with Heartland! The bathroom was tiled and grouted it turned out even and Symmetric. Very pleased with how it turned out There was an opening between the bedroom and bathroom left over from the removal of a small closet. The new wall installed was finished to match the texturing of our bedroom! Lastly, we needed a new doorway cut out in our bedroom wall for a closet. The doorway is very nicely finished, clearly he took time on the installation. My only complaint is there was no threshold installed but as it is a closet door that's not a big deal. The thing I am most pleased about is there was some pre existing drywall damage in the bathroom. It was near where the new wall way getting installed. The damage was a 3" gap along the wall and ceiling. To my surprise that got repaired courtesy of Heartland. I was not expecting this to get repaired as it was not there during the initial quoting process. While getting a little extra drywall repaired may seem like something to be shrugged off, I think it attests to the overall character, and work quality that that Heartland offers. I would definitely call him again should I need any more work done!
