Now there is a huge downside that you immediately encounter when you arrive. The parking lot is exceptionally small and people are parked every which way, except in the spaces. Getting to the actual building will take some time. The neighboring lots have pretty clear signs that they will tell you if you park there. So you're stuck dealing with what it is. The fish variety is good, although not great. If you're looking for strictly local fish, you'll probably find what you want. Several varieties of snapper and the fish looked wonderful and fresh. Some of my favorites like hogfish and grouper. You can buy the whole fish and they'll fillet it for you or you can buy fillets if they have them of the fish that you want. But the part I missed is having them cook it for me. Now that is something I would like to try next time The downside is they strictly local fish. You won't find any flatfish and I was surprised that they did not have any U4 or U6 shrimp which I like to use to make paella. In addition, I did not see fresh scallops. They did have some nice lobster tails although I did not see other shellfish. Some people have said the prices are reasonable; I found them about 20 to 30% higher than other fish markets I visit. The people here are really nice in the market is attractive. I will be back as I said to get a meal cooked for me in part because it is closer than the fish markets I usually visit and also my curiosity after reading other reviews. I recommend this market if you have the patience to wait for a parking space. If you're looking for the larger shrimp for paella look elsewhere

I really like that you can sample any of the sauces before committing to a bottle. David's Been Here (DBH) has been entertaining (and informing) us about far off locations for years. I'm so lucky to have this store near me so I can spice up my life! I think of this place as a true gem in South Miami where I can get some of the best hot sauces in the country. Give it a try!

Shopped at Wild Fork and they happened to also hold a free sampling bbq that day where I was able to try a variety of meats that they carry from tri tip to flank steak, and ribs and pork belly to sausages and Mac and cheese to shrimp and fresh focaccia bread. Their products are fresh tasting and tender! The store is super organized and easy to shop and find everything as you look for what you need. Every employee was friendly and helpful overall answering your questions and explaining their products. Prices are very comparable to your local supermarket and even Costco which is great! The churrasco, the ribeye, the chicken breast, the chorizo... all of it has been stellar. I have never had a single issue with ordering, or picking up. As a matter of fact, even when I have made errors when placing my order, they are quick to resolve my issue and help me out. I placed an order for delivery for what I presume to be one of their busiest days (New Year's Eve). I needed to change the order to pickup and change the date of pickup from the 31st to the 30th. They made the changes for me without issue, or grievance. Personally, raw meat gives me the major ick. My OCD goes into panic mode when I have to handle the meat. I even use gloves (wish I didn't, but maybe I'll work on that in therapy). Point of the matter is that I have gone to several butcher shops in town in an effort to find better quality meat. They have all grossed me out. Josh's is pristinely clean. I feel zero anxiety walking in, or out with meat. Whenever you go pickup in store, Josh's mom, or dad are at the register. It makes me so happy to know I am supporting a small Miami family business. I love this place so much that not only do I frequently purchase their meat for my family, we give out gift cards constantly because I can trust that the recipient will have an unforgettable experience as well.
