I was suffering knee pain from running and overuse and wanted to accelerate the healing process. Having used cryotherapy in the past with positive results, I figured I'd find somewhere local while I was in San Antonio. Their location is situation at a small strip mall with lot parking and is easy to find. I walked in and was and greeted by a young male employee who was cheerful and explained the services and prices. I told him I wanted a cryo session and he escorted me to a room where I changed before preparing to enter the chamber. The chamber used here is not fully enclosed, it terminates at the neck area so your head is not exposed to the cold. It is powered by liquid nitrogen, the tanks of which are visible in the room. After entering the chamber, the cold air began flowing in and I withstood the onslaught of cold for two minutes. Wow! How invigorating it was upon exiting, I felt recharged and rejuvenated! The cost of one session was $35.00, which is quite reasonable in my opinion given the health benefits associated with this alternative therapy. I would highly recommend if you're in the area and need an affordable and reliable venue for cryotherapy!

We didn't use it much but apparently very few hotels have rooftop views. You can access the riverwalk from the hotel via the elevator and access tunnel next to Ostra. The only negative was there was only one elevator working due to renovations but otherwise a great experience.

For walk-in, you will get a sauna without its private shower, however for members you will get to have your own. In your room you will have access to different kind of color and a paper entails all the benefits of it. It also gives you access on the TV with YouTube, Netflix, etc. For 40-45minutes, you will have the sauna for yourself. At the end of your session they provide towels for your body and a minty towel outside that really helps you relax. They also have a public bathroom where you can change or just change inside your room. They focus more on Sauna, so this place indeed helps you to sweat and get your skin glowing.

That's honestly why I didn't feel comfortable using my main email to leave a review and used an extra account on Google and Yelp instead. Their response on Google really shows what kind of company this is -- any negative feedback is treated like a personal attack or like the reviewer is "out to get them." That kind of mindset feels narcissistic and unprofessional. If you're considering this place, just be aware that customer service and basic respect are not their strong points. The cold temps weren't as scary as I thought. I felt alive but then I actually got a temporary headache. No worries, Owners Hayley and Chad got me rehydrated and I realized that it probably was the result of flushing toxins out of my system.
