The staff assisted me in getting some O2 (they have an oxygen bar) as I was experiencing a coughing fit from the salt. They also provided me with some additional water. The cryo space isn't for the faint of heart. You're LEGIT in a freezer (they give you gloves, socks, slippers and a mask to wear. You're supposed to stand in there for 3 minutes (I made it 60 seconds ). The sauna and salt rooms are accessible to those who need/use a walker but the cryo is not (you must be able to stand without assistance and there's nothing to hold onto inside the freezer). There is ample parking as the Riverview location is in a strip mall.

This business appears to profit off false hope, targeting people who are vulnerable and genuinely trying to improve their health. Charging premium prices for zero results is unethical, and in my opinion, borders on consumer exploitation. I strongly warn anyone considering Allegra Wellness: Do NOT waste your hard-earned money. Do NOT trust the promises. Do NOT fall for the marketing. There are far safer, more transparent, and more effective options elsewhere. This entire ordeal caused real emotional, mental, and physical stress. It's heartbreaking that such a large sum, meant to be a meaningful experience, is now unusable due to unjust treatment. I highly recommended OJ for Zumba on Tuesday(outside, which is kind of crazy for summertime in FL) and Thursday(inside) afternoon - she's super high energy and does a more modern zumba with great latin songs and a few hiphop/r&b. UJam is amazing if you love hip hop, pop, and r&b from all around the world. Heather is amazing and gives modifications for those with injuries such a knee issues. She's your hype girl. Rachel is great for Yoga. She doesn't just appropriate the practice, she explains and goes into detail and you'll actually learn a lot. She also does breathwork the last part of the class with meditation after. Bobbi is also great for yoga and pilates.
