No one ever checked on me or met me in the room they told me to go to. They offered me Mimosa once, never again, and when I asked for water from the message therapist, it was in a coffee cup with a lid throw away kind. When I approached the building, no one was present, the door was locked, and no staff ever appeared. Another customer was also waiting in her car and shared that she had been calling repeatedly but couldn't leave a message because the voicemail was full. I tried calling as well with no success. I waited until 12:45 p.m. before leaving. I drove 37 minutes to get to this appointment, and there is absolutely no excuse for a business to confirm an appointment, send reminders, and then fail to show up or communicate in any way. I even checked with the neighboring business, and they confirmed they had not seen anyone from the spa that day. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience gifted to me by my family, and instead it was a complete disappointment and a waste of time.
