On the first floor they have a theater room, a salt room, a gold room, a sun room, a charcoal room, other rooms and a cafeteria area. You can also pay for a massage. That facial couldn't even compare to the anti-aging facial I received at Me Spa. After my experience with Nicole, I know what an excellent facial should be. Nicole started by meeting me in the relaxation room and wrapping a warm towel around my neck and brought in a basin and filled it with warm sudsy water to soak my feet. I stayed there for about 15 minutes. Nicole came back to dry my feet and then escorted me to her room. The anti-aging facial comprised of cleansing, applying serums and lotions, exfoliation, vitamin C peel and cupping. Yes, cupping on my face. Everything that Nicole pampered me with was gentle to my face, hydrating and refreshing. Not only did I get a facial, but I got an upper body massage and a foot massage and moisturizing treatment. It was so much more than just a facial. I highly recommend the anti-aging facial. And not only do I recommend that, but I highly recommend Nicole as well. I can't wait to go back Me Spa. Eva showed me where to drop my towel, how to turn on the red light therapy, change my color light and temperature, and select what streaming service I wanted to watch during my session. All rooms are private and come with two towels, a tv remote, and eucalyptus towel for after. They recommend watching a short, branded explanation video before going to the home screen to select from watching Netflix, Hulu or Youtube. The sauna is set to 140 degrees for 40 minutes but one can alter to your preference. Overall, I felt like it was a good experience but didn't feel extremely different after and was a bit of a premium within the wellness market. Staff didn't push sales hard which I appreciated. I do recommend coming out and giving it a try to see if it's for you! Tip: Your first session can be $20 if you create an account on their website.

After about two hours, I could barely see any difference in my hair. The only noticeable result was that my hair felt much drier and more damaged. She then told me that because my hair was very dark, she could not make it lighter. That is unacceptable because she saw my hair before starting and still told me she could do it. Since she could see that I was unhappy, she offered me a discount to come back a second time and redo the process to get the lightness I originally wanted. I went back, spent another two to three hours there, and after all that, she put a dark color over the lightened parts and left it on for about 20 minutes. The result was still almost nothing--just dry, damaged hair with barely any visible change. Even my friend could not tell that I had done anything to my hair. I paid $500 and got basically no result. If you have dark hair, I do not recommend trusting Niki Moon Salon for balayage or highlight or ... They may say they can do it, but in my experience, they could not deliver the result they promised. The stylist later said she put dark color over the lightened areas because I told her I did not want red or yellow tones. But I have had balayage done many times before and achieved lighter results without red or yellow tones. Avoiding brassiness should not mean making the hair dark again and leaving the client with no visible result. In my opinion, if a stylist cannot achieve the requested result on dark hair, they should be honest before starting instead of wasting the client's time and money. I do not recommend Niki Moon Salon for people who are not already blonde. This photo was taken right after her second appointment. Can you see any difference? I couldn't either! I also showed the hairstylist a picture of what I wanted. $500 for... nothing!

This owner is slandering my wife responding to a truthful review, saying she went ballistic and was violent, loud, and exposing herself. This is an absolute lie. Anyone who knows her knows she would never behave that way. Of course she voiced her frustration, but there was no screaming, or erratic behavior that the owner (WHO WASN'T THERE) describes in their pathetic response. The spa, by the way, did in fact charge me despite saying they wouldn't. Again, if they just admitted some fault and let it go, I probably wouldn't even dispute the charge since I did get a service.
