The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, which makes it easy to relax the second you walk through the door. Everything looks high-quality and organized, and it's obvious they put a lot of effort into creating a premium experience. The cryotherapy session was amazing. It was my first time trying it, and the staff explained the whole process clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The equipment looked top tier and the whole experience felt safe and professionally handled. Afterward I genuinely felt refreshed, energized, and like my body had hit a reset button. What really stood out to me though was the level of customer service. The team here goes above and beyond to make sure every person has a great experience. They answered all my questions, took their time with me, and made the whole visit feel personalized rather than rushed. If you're thinking about trying cryotherapy or a float spa, I would 100% recommend this place. It's a hidden gem in the area and easily one of the best wellness experiences I've had. After 11-plus years living in downtown Chicago, I moved in with my Warrenville-based boyfriend just…read moreover a year ago. Massage has always been part of my self-care routine--when my body really needs it and I can afford it. We both gave up on Massage Envy years ago, when the prices kept going up, the best masseuses kept leaving, and the quality of the overall experience cratered. So I was on the hunt for a reliable place near us that wouldn't cost a fortune. After researching a bunch of places, I decided to give Spa Oasis in Naperville a try. And I'm so glad I did! Yes, it's in a strip mall and doesn't look like much from the outside. And yes, you won't be getting the fancy amenities of a spa. But you will get a blissful massage at a great price. A 90-minute deep-tissue massage for $115 is a shockingly good deal. (I paid close to $200 for 90 minutes at the fancy Chicago spa I used to frequent, making it a luxury gift I treated myself to only a few times a year.) Spa Oasis accepts walk-ins, but they also have a booking tool on their website that lets you select your preferred staff member (provided she's working that day). This is where things get a little frustrating--and why I'm giving Spa Oasis four stars instead of five ... Even when you request a specific staff member, you won't always get her. (We both love Sunny, so we always book a day/time when she's working so that one of us will benefit from her magic touch.) But the past two times we went in for a pre-scheduled couples massage with Sunny, neither of us got her. :( We also have regularly experienced the service disruptions other reviewers have mentioned, where one of the masseuses leaves in the middle of a treatment to answer the phone, direct a walk-in to come back at a later time, accept a delivery, etc. It would be great if they had a dedicated staffer to handle the administrative stuff so the masseuses didn't have to. That said: We are STILL talking about the massages we got a week ago from Lucia (the owner) and Tina. WOW! I've also had great experiences with Annie. As one of the other reviewers said, I want to go every single day. If only!

When we got there, we started services, went to a waiting area for the massages and were told it wasn't booked as a couples, but they could do us separately so we reluctantly agreed. I went back, received a massage that was fine, but when I checked my phone my wife told me they never took her back. The story went from "your husband booked it wrong" to the masseuse had car troubles. They tried to offer other services that were not equal in value and we had taken PTO to have a relaxing day. They agreed to refund/not charge us. If it had ended there fine. BUT NOW. This owner is slandering my wife responding to a truthful review, saying she went ballistic and was violent, loud, and exposing herself. This is an absolute lie. Anyone who knows her knows she would never behave that way. Of course she voiced her frustration, but there was no screaming, or erratic behavior that the owner (WHO WASN'T THERE) describes in their pathetic response. The spa, by the way, did in fact charge me despite saying they wouldn't. Again, if they just admitted some fault and let it go, I probably wouldn't even dispute the charge since I did get a service. However, they told me they wouldn't charge, so they're going back on their word, and now even worse you're attacking my wife's character which is a complete lie and fabrication as a pathetic attempt to CYA.
