They never fixed anything and left me frustrated and worried. The day after Christmas, I called Perfect Electric and they had a technician, Brian, at my property within two hours, which already impressed me. As soon as Brian walked in, he diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, it turned out the problem was actually FPL's fault and the meter needed to be changed. Brian clearly explained what was going on and confirmed that nothing in my house was causing the issue. He was professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. To my surprise, he wouldn't even charge me for diagnosing the problem. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. This company is honest, quick, and truly looks out for the customer. If you are having electrical issues and getting nowhere with FPL, call Perfect Electric and ask for Brian, you will not regret it.

I set an appointment for 2 weeks out and the gentleman I spoke to said he'd call the day before to confirm. The "day before' arrived but I didn't receive a phone call. As we approached the afternoon, I called up to see what was happening but only got a voice mail. I left a message and hoped for the best for the next day. On the day of the appointment the guys were a no show. My wife called up and got a hold of someone who had no idea about the appointment and in general sounded very confused about the schedule. He said he'd call us back with an update but never got back to us. We called one more time and got the voicemail again. At that point I just gave up. One star for Perfect Electric. Not reliable and not responsive. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

The additional 8500. dollars was NOT apart of the agreed upon quote and when confronted about it the owner tried to argue with me that it was justified and simply a misunderstanding as to why my company is being charged. This company CANNOT be trusted. The worst part is they pretend to be good honest trust worthy people and nothing could be further from the truth. Pro tip: If you have a dispute use different numbers to call them as they will block your number.

No language indemnifies them for damaging your property or additional fees not clearly stated in the contract in full. 5. Clearly understand when the job will be completed; if it's not completed within 48 hours of the agreement, liquidated damages will apply, and breach of contract, those damages should be painful $1000 for every day the contract is not fulfilled. 6. When the inspector is at your home, make sure if you are not familiar with the components, for example, a surge protector, ask the inspector if the surge protector is installed correctly and to point out where it's located. 7. Magically, everything falls into place, and the inspector signs off on all contracted work. Ask the inspector for his credentials or business card. You can place that with a copy of your signed-off permit and scope of work. Pay the contractor the remaining balance owed. Remember if a contractor shows up at your door in sandals and shorts and shirt that looks like he either just came from the bar or a thrift shop shut the door and move on.
