THey honored my 10 yr parts and labor warranty when my coil started to leak (I have had the unit 7 yrs) and replaced it with no extra charges. They also honored a service call when my a'c stopped working by blowing out the waste line and pouring a non clogging mixture in the line to prevent it happening again. So far I would recommend them for quick and efficient service.

This place is a Sh!7 show. Really 0 stars. From the moment you call - scheduling is a COMPLETE…read moredisaster. Then we move to the appointment day. Whoever Bradley is... this person is clueless about HVAC. Not only that, his communication is so bad. He says one thing, gives the wrong prices, constantly confused. The ladies in the office that answer the phones are so uncharismatic almost like they're doing YOU a favor to simply answer a call when I'm the one that's going to pay. The appointment was set and no one showed up, no one called to tell me if the tech was running late. Nothing. I call back and then now there's some "confusion" about my appointment. How hard is it to get an appointment scheduled correctly? How hard is it to make sure whatever is needed for the day of appointment? I spoke with the general manager I think it was Joe/ Joey there and he seemed to be the only one that knew what was going on and how things should be working and managed to get it sorted out for me completely without anymore added stress. But why do I even have to get to the point where I need to speak to a general manager? The issue I'm having is why do you keep these people that make it impossible for me and all the other customers?!? The cherry on top is when the "techs" come out, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING! Breaking tiles, breaking through the ceiling, leaving trash everywhere. Just a complete DISASTER. It's the only word I can choose. It's that bad. Run from this place. You people really need to get it together. Or move over and let the real companies and techs take over. I have no idea how they're still in business and I don't understand how they are. Super overpriced. Maybe 2x the price you would get from another company and they back it with "well they know what they're doing and they'll get it right the first time". They don't. Two weeks ago, I had an appointment and spent the entire day waiting. At 5:00 p.m., I finally received a text informing me that the appointment had to be rescheduled. My new appointment was scheduled for today at 8:30 a.m., but I then received a call saying the technician was still approximately 50 minutes away. I understand that delays can happen, but this has now occurred more than once. Customers arrange their schedules and set aside valuable time based on the appointments they are given. Repeatedly failing to honor those appointment times is frustrating and unacceptable. At this point, I do not feel that Palm Air is reliable or worth the time and inconvenience. Courtesy is appreciated, but dependable service and respect for customers' schedules are equally important. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone who needs timely and reliable service.

Prime Time was recommended by our A/C repair guy who said it was a good company with a father & son…read moreteam. We set up an appointment for an estimate the next day (Saturday) and met with Asiel. He told us that they could install a new unit (air handler and condenser unit) as early as Monday or Tuesday (it's been a while and I don't exactly remember which date he said). They require a 50% deposit and the remainder upon completion. We set up a date for install and gave them a deposit. There were 2 guys who showed up the morning of to work on the unit. They had a good system going with one installing the condenser unit outside and the other one installing the air handler inside. It was about a 7 hour job. We had no issues with communication or installation. Asiel was absolutely great with responding to our phone calls/texts. We would highly recommend Prime Time if you are in need of a new unit!
