No, Pet Club 2 miles from me, sells Fancy Feast canned cat food for up to 13% cheaper, at 59 cents a can, compared to the equivalent of 67 cents a can for Chewy for Fancy Feast Chunky Turkey. And there's no comparison between Costco scented lumping cat litter at $14 for 42 lbs compared to what Chewy offers. When you order canned cat food through Chewy, you order by the case, or 24 cans. So you better be pretty sure your cat likes the food before you order. $4.95 shipping charges on orders less than $50. No shipping charges on orders $50 and above. My shipment arrived 3 days after I placed the order for 6 cases of canned cat food. Order came in a 24" x 17" x 8" box on the first landing of 3 landings and 15 stairs to my front door. DHL dude was lazy and didn't want to heave the 41 lb box to my front door. Doubt if my wife could have carried that bulky box up the stairs by herself. Inside, the plastic covering over one case was torn during the packing. One can was loose inside, severely dented on three sides. Opened it up, with no sound of escaping air pressure, and fed it to the cat immediately. No aftereffects on the cat, but if that was baby food, would not have fed it to a baby.

Services include pet training classes, grooming, and a veterinary. Customer service has never been an issue. They help me find what I need, even occasionally offer alternative suggestions. My only suggestion to improve customer would be please streamline check out process. Try to Visualize a Visio flowchart or code; At checkout your asked for your rewards info. New rewards members are registered at that time. It often takes minutes. The Cashier asks if you want to contribute to "Name your pet Charity" When paying you're asked again if to donate. You're required to navigate even more menu options before getting a receipt. The whole check out process is a Killjoy. Seriously , it's an utterly soul sucking experience. Willing to bet it's not much better for the poor (often lone) cashier looking out at a line of exasperated, toe tapping customers; eyes glued to their phones huffing & puffing. Very cumbersome, time consuming process. I like PetSmart, but I dread the checkout process. Imagine coming in at lunch, there's a line of 4 people and it takes ten minutes to checkout!
