It is super important to give your clothes a once over before bringing them in because they will charge a small cleaning fee to anything you bring in with stains. On the buying side of things I find the selection to be a little limited. There is not much in the way of plus sizes so if your a fabulous full figured gal like myself you might be out of luck. Items are priced VERY reasonable however (places like Value Village could learn a lesson here). They do offer a bit in the way of brand new product as well. Their accessories are super cute as well as very unique. I got a pink scarf here with silver heart charms on the ends that drew quite a few compliments for $15.00. When I arrived there the owner showed me several good belts, but especially pointed out the ones that were made in Canada. Excellent quality. I ended up buying two. He then encouraged me to take a look around the store at the wonderful products he has, especially the jackets. I hadn't owned a leather jacket in probably 40 years. There were so many good things in this store that by the time I left I had two belts, a gorgeous leather jacket, and a new leather wallet. The belt was bought for a very fussy person, not me and they took.one look at it and said no thank you. Really I would not have bought this item if I had been told by staff that I could not return it. Like the clothes like the staff hate this policy. It left a very bad taste in.my mouth. 45 dollars plus of rubbish I have from this store. I am rethinking my shopping options.

And when they have a sale get your butts in there fast. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgable in how the different brands fit; so don't hesitate to ask for their assistance. I am usually in there a few hours trying things on when i get the opportunity to shop there. I need to plan a trip to Calgary as I'm told there store is supposedly twice the size of this location. Was quoted ~2,500 for a blazer in our chosen fabric - YIKES. Price includes full lining, if you opt out of lining you still pay full price. Our chosen fabric would take 6-8weeks (not including final fitting) but another fabric choice would have been closer to 3-5weeks. Also the fabric people take a month off in the summer - usually August he said so he said if you do not order Before August it will be a 4 week wait for them to be able to order again. Overall we did not go with a custom blazer from here, due to the price but maybe one day! The other clothing sold here is very high end = pricey. My boyfriend was very heartbroken the sweater he liked was $700 lol.
