I went by without an appointment, I had a dent in my front bumper and they quickly fixed it within 10 minutes. They were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone! From now on I will be taking my vehicles to them! read more

If you are looking for someone honest, who will take care of you and do the right thing, Personal Touch Collision is the place for you! I was fortunate to have found the auto body shop while I was traveling through Georgia. I had an emergency on the interstate and Jen, Will and the entire shop went out of their way to help me out. They made sure they found the part that I needed, which was in another state, so I could continue in my travels. If I lived in the area, I would absolutely use Personal Touch Collision for my automobile needs. read more

Hmmm. Where to begin... I came in on Wednesday to get my 2015 Colorado right rear door handle replaced. Pictures were taken Vin & serial #s recorded. I was told the door handle was on order and to bring my vehicle back Friday morning for installation. I returned Friday morning. Part had not been ordered. I was told they would have the part & painted by 3 p.m. that day. Ready to install by 3:30 p.m. It should only take 30 min to install "Their" words on several occasions. So I break away from my day to bring my vehicle back a 3rd time to try and receive service. I arrived just before 3:00 pm. Please keep in mind this was a scheduled task estimated at 30 min. to begin Friday morning. Around 4:00 p.m. I was asked to examine the work in the shop. I did and asked why doesn't the part fit? Your technician stated "I'll make it fit". Then he proceeded to grind & file my OEM door to "Make it work". Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!! Now that my door is wacked. What are going to do rectify?! read more

Gary and his crew are excellent to work with. Body shop and mechanic all in one. It's about 1/4 mile BEFORE the Parkers gas station if you are heading away from Richmond Hill. Had my truck serviced for some regularly scheduled service. Price was very reasonable and done in a very timely manner. read more

I won't take our vehicles anywhere else. The technicians do excellent work, and the owner, Linda, goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is excellent. My car was rear ended, and they did the repair work perfectly. They also buffed out some scratches near the front at no charge. They were great about letting you know the status of the repair on a weekly basis. The results were outstanding my CTS looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. Popped about 95% of it out at no charge in roughly 10 seconds. Scheduled service for the next day to pull out three remaining creases. 2 hours later I was on my way with no noticeable damage and about 85% cheaper than the quote from the first company! Very friendly, expeditious and clearly knowledgeable. Also has a very clean waiting room with a few chairs and a TV. I don't want to have to go again, but if I do have damage again, that's where I'm going....zero doubt.

Paid $1,100 for a tune up then get a call back on a Friday was told the tune up "greatly" reduced the problem but not all the way then said my transmission fluid was dark. yall didn't check that in the first place??? it took your solution not to work to do a simple fluid check?? picked it up and it didn't make no difference from original problem. same day of picking up my truck got into gear roughly and wouldn't accelerate. took it back and now all of a sudden im told it's a transmission issue and I need a whole new transmission and it was only $8,000 for a whole new install. Also was told "things like this happen" by a tech when I was grabbing personal belongings from my truck. now I took my truck to a different shop and was offered to get my transmission rebuilt. richmond hill auto didn't even offer to rebuild just told me to pay $8,000 like im going to let them touch my transmission after wrongfully diagnosing my tuck and wasting $1,100. Again this place is probably only good for regular maintenance these are real NOT technicians.
