Not to mention they did not tell me the car was unsafe to drive when I initially brought it back. They would not take responsibility or fix the damage with no cost to me. I had to get it towed to another shop where the damage was diagnosed. Multiple attempts to get the owner of the shop to contact me went unanswered. Unable to find out who actually is the owner of the shop now? Office staff / management very defensive and unhelpful. I am having a TERRIBLE experience here and now have NO vehicle to drive.

I refused the strut work and approved the sway bar work for around $420. They told me noise was still there even though I had sway bars replaced. A few days later my wife almost gets into a accident. Her ball joint and control arm ripped off the car and pulled out the Drive axle and transmission seal. Had to pay another shop $175 for towing and have to the items above replaced for another $1260. I asked Eltons shop to reimburse me at least for the tow and diagnosis work. They refused. Anyway, Terrible mechanic shop and very poor service. Front struts? I should have known better. HAHA

He came out, looked at my vehicle, and fixed the issue on the spot without asking for anything in return. What truly amazed me was that another shop had tried to charge me to fix the same issue while pretending something major was wrong. Ed's honesty, professionalism, and genuine respect stood in complete contrast to that experience. His integrity and good heart truly deserve recognition. Even though this was my first time ever visiting his business, Ed has absolutely earned a lifetime customer. From now on, my friends and family will always be coming to AL Bodyshop for any vehicle issues. Highly recommended.

We experienced the dreaded I-95 breakdown, in Georgia no less...probably the worst place you ever want to be stuck alongside the highway. The AAA-recommended repair center turned out to have HORRIBLE reviews as a total rip-off joint that tries to sell you a new transmission if your headlight is out. The hotel personal at the Richmond Hill Best Western, the dying ground of our car, confirmed the negative reviews, and a manager recommended Wheels Performance Autoworks. I called Pat, gave him the specs to the car, and he had a new alternator for us even before we arrived. The waiting area was comfy and cozy. The people were super friendly. The cost of the repairs was totally reasonable, the hourly rate even less than our own local mechanic. Pat, if you're reading this...thank you.

Got into an accident and needed the front end of my vehicle replaced. After two test drives where…read morewe felt that it wasn't driving safely, we told the mech that it was still very loose in the steering. We were told that it was tightened as much as possible. However, it was very apparent that something was wrong, the vehicle was veering all over the road. We got a second opinion from a mechanic off post and the diagnostic concluded that the front end was installed wrong. Parts that were touching should not have been; they should be free. Upon calling and attempting to recover part of our funds for the installation being done improperly, we were met with denial of any wrongdoing before the owner would even look out our evidence. Instead he decided to find our vehicle based off of our home address(misuse of personal information) and phone harass us and our new mechanic. My front end was reinstalled by a different mechanic off post and now it drives as it did prior to the accident. It was their recommendation that I attempt to get a refund from New Beginning. They said that the work done was very rushed and not done correctly. Because of the improper installation, the alignment could not have been done. This shop charged me for a diagnostic (was not done), an alignment (was not done), and to install my front end (done improperly). Refused our diagnosis from the new mechanic before even looking at our vehicle. They still have not provided a refund for the shotty, rushed work that they did. I would not recommend this place at all. They will gaslight you into believing they did good work and not care to fix any of their mistakes. Go off post if you don't want to be stolen from and taken advantage of. I've never met such dishonest and rude people in my life.
