When my van incurred damage due to a storm my Insurance directed me to Gerber. The business was amazing. They not only aided in the recovery of the vehicle but gave the best communication I've experienced. The work was done quickly and throughly. Unfortunately I had a issue with the Van that only has 1708 miles on it. Matt who made tested the vehicle before it was returned to me did something amazing. He and the technician Sean came to my home to assist me. It ended being a blown fuse and they were able to help when the dealership that sold me the van refused to give much help. I'm so thankful for everyone at Gerber and I will be definitely pointing people to them for all their auto needs.

The service advertiser looked at it and said we can't fix it, but we have a shop that could do it for you. They spoke highly of JOE HUDSON'S COLLISION CENTER 329 E Montgomery Cross Rd. Savannah, GA. 31419. So, I went there and got an estimate and set up a date to have my car fixed. They told me the job should take about 10 days. I brought the car in on 10/26/23 20 days later I went there and asked what's going on with my car the manager EDDIE said they were behind, he was sorry. Never got a phone call or text. I was mad that the car rental was costing me a lot of money. He said he needed at least 2 more weeks. The car was finally done 11/28/23 I went into the office paid my bill Eddie drop my car off at the door and he left right away. I started my car up and seen my car was empty, no gas it had a full tank when I dropped it off. I was FUCKING MAD. I went back inside and asked what happened to my gas, no respond. EDDIE is a very shady character I know he drove my car all over fucking town. At the gas station I was looking at my car and I saw they did a bad job. EDDIE IS A FUCKING SCUMBAG AND THAN SUM HE SHOULD BE FIRED. I went back to Mercedes Benz and told the service manager you should not recommend Joe Hudson's Collision CENTER ANYMORE. He seen how bad the job was he told me to reach out to the reginal manager TONY and give them a second chance to fix it. I got ahold of TONY he came out to my house on 11/30/23 he agreed the car had to be redone. I just wanted my money back for the car plus rental fees about $3,200 Dollars. He told me he would have the car fixed at another JOE HUDSON'S COLLISON CENTER. 15002 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA. 31419 I agreed to bring the car there on 12/12/23. Tony was going to get me a car rental for free. I told him there was no need to. My car was done on 12/22/23 I went there to pick it up. They were having a Christmas lunch with all the employees. We walked to my car, and I said you got the dent out enjoy your Christmas lunch. The next morning, I called up and told the manager to have Tony call me. They did more damage than the first shop. Paint over spray all over my window and all over the engine. They had chipped the door edge and left it. The hood they clear coated it and it's all spotty. The whole hood and door edge needs to be redone. Tony came back to my house and said he was sorry this happened. I told him I just want all my money back it was about $3,200 total. He called me the next day and said we just want to fix it for a third time. I told him I would see them in court. I am canceling my credit card payment, and I am suing JOE HUDSON'S COLLISION CENTER For the following car rental $1550.00 I WOULDENT GIVE JOE HUDSON'S COLLISION CENTER A MOP JOB. THEY ARE TERRIIBLE. Look at the screen shot Tony, the regional manager Offered to personally pay for it on his credit card Anywhere I wanted to bring it to. What does that say about Joe Hudson collision center? I went back to Mercedes Benz with all the pictures of the damage and the service manager said he would not recommend them anymore and apologized for sending me there.

However, it ended up taking 3 weeks to get my car back and every time I spoke to someone about it they could never seem to give a clear idea of why it was taking so long. Also, I filled my tank up the day I dropped the car off but when I got it back I had less than a half tank. They took the beginning mileage when I dropped the car off but when I got it back my car had 418 miles over the mileage from when I dropped it off. Definitely won't be recommending this shop to anyone else!

We had front end damage, grill, hood, radiator and air conditioner all had to be replaced. My car looks and drives like the day got it. I'm very thankful to have found them. We are moving back to California soon and Nancy has told us to stop in before we go for a final diagnostic. My advice is: Collision coverage is worth the cost Go to Flemington collision for your body work.

Brought my car to Hernandez 11/03 and did NOT GET MY CAR BACK UNTIL 1/14/2022 because they did so much unauthorized work. I even had to get the police involved and they LIED to office Harmond about what work was approved. My insurance company NEVER gave them authorization for fixing my headlight because NOTHING was wrong with it! It was a brand new car ! I have pictures the morning I gave the my car and that headlight was shining bright like a diamond. They berated me and threatened if I didn't let them do the work they wanted to do they will give me my car back but not in the condition it was given to me. Also told me I literally drove my car to them. Also told me if I did not take my reviews down they would not give me my car EVEN THOUGH THEYVE ALREADY BEEN PAID. I even took them to small claims because I ended up paying over 1000+ to get my car back when I was only supposed to pay a $250 deductible.They have an arbitration contract and ANY business that has that is proven to be SHADY here's my proof

Mach1 unwilling to fix their mistake saying that for parts warranty to contact the insurance. $25 value!! Also, car had a rattle in a door that Mach1 replaced the face. They fixed this issue and said that they had forgotten to tighten something.
