This company has a contract with my HOA to perform janitorial & maintenance services. I would not hire them and will object until the cows go home to Chino when it is time to vote on renewing their contract. They have let us down in a major way. First, it's the daily, small things that had me shaking my head, like not tidying up shared bbq and picnic areas to a reasonable standard, or not dusting off tables and chairs that they stored due to Covid. Seems like they nickel and dime us and want to charge for every little thing. I'm sure they have a very lucrative contract with us... If they want to be greedy, they can do that somewhere else. Now, they are missing regularly scheduled cleanups, most recently on Sunday, which granted was a Holiday. But... as of Tuesday afternoon at 6pm - which was two entire days later - they still had not performed the basic services they are paid for. See photos of our BBQ and POOL areas. The smell and sight were deplorable. This company is contributing to a poor experience for our community, and quite possibly resulting in reduced property values. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone seeking these services. read more

I live in a huge 450 unit condominium complex in MDR and am now on the Board. I've live here for 16 years and PTC has been here for 15 of those. We have quite a large PTC staff here and they are fantastic from top to bottom, friendly and very hard working. We have several vendors here (valet, access control, front desk, etc.) and we've changed every one of them a couple times hoping for better value a few times in last 15 years... except PTC. That's the ultimate compliment and how you know these guys are good. read more

The worst cleaning company ever, do not hire them! I wish I could give zero stars. Juan the cleaner is the only decent cleaner at this company even though he never stays for a full shift, but at least he does the job. I manage multiple condos that use Personal Touch for cleaning their pool areas, clubhouses, and trash enclosures. Not only do they do a great job consistently, but they are also very easy to get a hold of if I have any special requests. Board members and homeowners email me quite often with compliments for their staff, which as we all know is tough to get with HOAs. They even email me when they notice items like lights out, broken trash cans, plumbing concerns, etc. I would recommend them to any commercial business or HOA any time. read more

They truly suck. The take advantage of our HOA and never keep the place clean and spend more time on their personal phones than cleaning. They refuse to service our floor on a daily basis and when you show them something that needs to be cleaned up they take a picture of it instead of cleaning it up. The janitors are rude and disrespectful to the owners and residents or pretend they do not speak Englsh. They are a disgrace. Chose this company to do our office cleaning, and expected them to have a challenge because we have so much stuff every where, and they did an excellent job!! We aren't an HOA, but they were willing to take us on, and we are so happy about it. Our office is in Irvine, near the Airport. We have offices and warehouse area, and lots of employees moving through here all week long. We needed lots of TLC from a professional and we got it! Everyone we have worked with so far, from the initial walk through to the cleaning has been so professional with company uniform shirts, and smiles. We especially liked that they sent us a copy of the insurance certificate without having to ask for it. They even cleaned the baseboards! PTC janitorial services has been with Bressi Ranch for some time. However, over the past 15 months, under my management, we have gone through a few until we found ours and PTC's gem of an employee, Marisela Uriostegui. My representative, Alejandro Licona has met the needs here at Bressi Ranch. The REAL gem of their crown is their janitorial team that cleans the facilities. Needless to say Bressi is a HUGE property, 5 miles consisting of a junior Olympic Pool, wader, spa, Clubhouse, 4 bathrooms, 7 parks, an RV Lot with tons of trash. All this to say, their Staff member Marisela Uriosteguil , is the BEST janitorial staff they have! She goes above and beyond what is expected! I had an injury which prevented me from following up. Most people would take advantage and skip some of the areas that is not monitored. NOT MARISELA!! She not only has given EXCEPTIONAL service, she has brought me flowers and checking in on me to see if I need help. This kind of loyalty, integrity and work ethics cannot be taught. When you have a staff member as FABULOUS as she is, its very easy to promote the PTC Janitorial Team. If you are in need of a Great Janitor, you must contact Alejandro and ask for Marisela Uriosteguil, just not on the tree days she is here at Bressi Ranch. I wish Yelp would allow us to give zero stars to a company such as this one (@THIEVES, @INCOMPETENT, @STOLE, @VIOLATED) I want to make it clear that this is my personal opinion and I am in no way associated with the board or the community property where this happened I was just an invited guest who gave a gift just to be told the following day that my sentimental gift to these poor girls was STOLEN. They are an HOA Club-house cleaning service. I don't believe upper management cares about anything other than making money from the people that employ them. Not sure what type of background check they do on their employees if any at all. We had a pair of young teenage girls who were having a going away party and both girls (18yr of age) received house-warming gifts that were necessities for starting off in a new state and heading off to college. The party ran late so they were asked to come back the following day to do the cleaning which is part of our agreement with the club-house rules. Well upon returning the next day the cleaning crew from Personal Touch Cleaning had allegedly already SCAVENGED through the personal belongings left over night. They allegedly STOLE personal belongings like clothing, they also allegedly STOLE these starving students new house-warming gifts and one of the girl's mother drove all the way to Brea from San Diego to personally cater the event and all the food was also MISSING! Her mother had made and packed them special baked goods for the trip and the alleged THIEVES took them as well. Dealing with R. Medina is nothing but a joke; he covered for the alleged THIEVES and then made up stories about a side door being left unlocked. This was a total lie! It was verified by the eldest member of the family that hosted the party and all doors were locked. Not only were the doors locked they went through and only took what they wanted and left other items of value as to not draw too much attention to themselves. Please do yourself a favor and skip this company over DO NOT HIRE unless you're ready to be VIOLATED. I did not witness this with my own eyes but I was there when the girls were sobbing in tears from being violated in such a horrible manner and according to everyone the only people to allegedly access the club-house just 30min prior to the girls arrival was this cleaning companies employees. read more
