They were so nice and accommodating. And the rate was so reasonable, we will definitely be scheduling a regular service. The services were great! However I have had a few hiccups over the past few years since I've used their service. Nothing I couldn't get over and that they didn't try their best to correct. I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

Inside, everything was spotless and handled with care. They moved efficiently, worked quietly, and were super friendly without being over the top. I appreciated how comfortable they made it to walk through and double check anything--though honestly, there was nothing to fix. But the patio? That's where they really went above and beyond. Every cushion, every corner, every piece of furniture got detailed attention. They swept, wiped, scrubbed--even behind and between things most people overlook. It's like they knew I needed that outdoor space to feel good again as the weather turns. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the whole experience felt respectful and smooth. I'll absolutely be booking them for other rooms in future. I also enjoyed that I could pay digitally and that the value was obvious. Great work, at a price I could work with.

From management to on-site cleaners, they have been excellent. It has been my experience in utilizing a couple of different cleaning services that having the same crew servicing your home is often more beneficial in achieving consistency. It is not common for a housekeeper to respond to reviews accusing that her customers are abusive…read more She also uses psychological terminologies diagnosing her customers that are not happy with her services. This tells a lot about her mental health than the people that she is responding to. After experiencing her services I do believe the negative ones, including the review that she was caught eating someone's refrigerator content in the security camera. Cameras don't lie. I hired her for move in / move out deep cleaning. The house was empty and there was no trash. I needed her to actually clean, like vacuum and wipe surfaces. She showed up by herself, with her husband driving her and sitting in the car, light equipment, and texted me 1 hour later that she is all done. I came back and none of the cleaning I requested was done. I wipe surfaces and it shows a lot of dust which is exactly what I told her to clean. It was getting dark and she was getting aggressive demanding money. I sent her the money to make her go away and I was going to call the police if she did not. Later, she said she won't actually come back to clean the house and make it right, because I already paid her; She gloated about this, saying that I can't do anything about it because I paid her already. Her attitude was very entitled and her tone was that she did me a favor. Her pricing was higher than a 6 person crew that came to clean a house twice the size, that showed up with a lot of supplies, and spent 7 hours deep cleaning. I made the mistake of ignoring the bad reviews. Hope you don't.
