I can't say enough good things about Helen. She is…read moreincredibly skilled, thoughtful, and truly has her clients' best interests at heart. She has years of experience, and it really shows in her work -- I never look "overdone," just refreshed and like the best version of myself. In fact, I constantly get compliments on how young I look, including recently being told I look eight years younger than I actually am(!). One thing I really respect is her integrity. Helen has never raised her price per unit for Botox since she opened, and she's never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. She listens carefully, gives honest recommendations, and only does what actually makes sense for you. She's also incredibly attentive to individual skin needs. For clients with thinner or more sensitive skin (like me!), Helen adjusts needle size and uses specialized, light-guided techniques to help minimize bruising, along with different needle points depending on the area. These are the kinds of thoughtful details many providers don't even consider, but they make a huge difference in both comfort and results. Beyond her talent, Helen is genuinely kind and caring. You can tell she truly wants her clients to "age perfectly," not change their faces. I always leave feeling confident, natural, and well taken care of. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you, Helen!

I initially visited for milia seeds under my eyes. The owner tried to poke a few but was…read moreunsuccessful, then recommended a facial cleansing treatment, saying it might help remove them. I gave it a try, but unfortunately, it didn't help at all. During the cleansing session, I made a big mistake -- I asked if she could treat a small red spot on my face (barely noticeable). She said yes, recommending a laser treatment for only $50. The price seemed a good deal, so I went ahead. Sadly, it had no effect. Two weeks later, I called back. The owner asked me to come in for a second treatment. This time, there was no prep -- no asking, no cleansing, and no discussion of potential side effects. Immediately after, I had a dark purple bruise on my face. She quickly used another type of laser as a form of "makeup" to cover it. I was clearly upset, but she assured me the bruise would go away in three days. It's now been a month. The purple mark turned brown, and it's still very visible. On my last visit (5/14), she admitted she didn't know what happened and told me to see a dermatologist--but also said she wouldn't cover any of the costs. Most concerning: she confirmed there's no machine log to track the settings or energy of the laser used. The machines are over 20 years old, and everything was handwritten, with no way to verify what was done. Yes, her prices are low -- but for a reason. Please be cautious and aware of the risks before proceeding.

Best massage I have ever had and I highly recommend to everyone! Steve is clearly #1, and Sharmese is a close second. Both Steve and Sharmese are very experienced and spend the time with you to understand any issues before you get a massage. They are truly amazing! The space is crystal clean, welcoming, and comfortable and every precaution taken. I have never had any issue about safety. Both Steve and Sharmese's approach is warm, kind, and compassionate and they take the time and each has extensive expertise to understand and meet each client's needs and goals. The massage is always outstanding ... their skill is incredible! It was immensely therapeutic for me as it helped me greatly reduce my stress and relax deeply, as well as decrease my neck and back pain and increase my flexibility. I would strongly recommend both Steve and Sharmese at Restorative Massage and Wellness. Steve is a thoughtful, dedicated therapist that provides personalized treatment to his clients. He draws from a wealth of knowledge and experience along with completing the full doctorate program in physical therapy so Steve is beyond masseuse trained. I would highly recommend Steve to friends and family. I am regularly booked with Steve and find out well in advance if he is on vacation so I can book Sharmese as a backup. The desk staff is also excellent in working to get you in, if there are no openings, and you are waiting for a cancellation. True professional staff all around!
