Super cute boutique right next to my favorite coffee shop in HMB. You can find lots of different indie brands, tons of pretty jewelry, purses, unique clothing and very nice atmosphere and service. You will be spending hours there but not leave with empty pockets as majority of prices are actually pretty affordable. read more

Personal FX is a treasure in Half Moon Bay! The selection is excellent and beautifully displayed. It is fun and inspiring to be in the shop, everywhere you look, you find something wonderful. Scarves, clothes, jewelry, purses, art, home decor - all beautiful and at surprisingly reasonable prices. Kathy has curated a beautiful selection supporting local artisans, made in environmentally conscious ways. Kathy is so helpful and knowledgable, telling the stories behind each item, which makes the gifts even more meaningful. The young sales women, Angel, is really an Angel, also very knowledgable, and made our experience even more delightful. This place is a gem. They have a wide range of price points and styles. The owner was so helpful and knowledgable in all things jewelry. She gave me some very helpful advice on a ring that has oxidation on it. She was clearly very earth and health conscious. I was able to make some great selections based on her expert opinion. I love how ecclectic this place is. The variety of jewelry is very special. Everytime I am in HMB, I have to buy something. They have moved locations to more central on the Main. The owner shows great pride in not just having a mish-mash of crap, she carefully selects pieces that have something unique and special about them. All items are affordable and she has a huge selection to choose from. First time I went in, I bought a very cool wallet! I'd been on the hunt and Nordstroms and Macy's all have the same ole boring crap.. not here!! I got a wallet with blue, black and grey leather.. totes my style! I bought a bunch of other stuff too..it's really hard to walk out with just 1 item! Yesterday, we came in and I was able to nab 2 rings and a bracelet! I love them all and the owner was SO helpful! The most unique and exquisite collection of jewelry and gifts i have ever seen. I also appreciate that there is range of prices to accommodate various budgets.
