I love their products (they are beautiful and we have ordered from them before - Christmas stockings) but their shipping and handling charges are ridiculous. I only bought it because I had a Groupon, otherwise the shipping and handling charges were almost as much as the product that I bought, which would have put me off. It would be much better to just make the product price include the handling charge, or charge a fee for personalization (instead of saying personalization is free), and lower shipping costs ($8 for one stocking!!). Also, I don't like how the site doesn't tell you about the shipping or handling cost until after you have put all of your payment information in, which is really misleading. When you pick shipping you have the optionof 'standard shipping' and it doesn't say how much that costs, so you think it's free, or you can pick expedited shipping for $7.99. You go for the standard shipping....only to find out on the very final page it's also $7.99. It's such a shame because the products are beautiful and really well made, so that's why it's at least getting 3 stars. read more

I ordered my sons high school graduation big head and ordered 10 of the 12 x 18. The size i received was less than a 10 x 10. I contacted them and was chatting with the AI chat and shared a photo with the measuring tape showing the size. The Chat shared that they would reprint and ship them out asap, but I would need to speak with a live representative first. I waited and no representative ever joined. The next day I contacted customer service ans was told that the size I received was "acceptable because the description states that it is UP TO 12 x 18. Not that it would be that size." So they will not replace them. I told the representative that it was misrepresentation and I will not ever place another order with them again. I recommend going with another company and not this one for graduation big heads. There was no remorse and no apologies. I would not recommend. Now I have to spend more money to purchase more from a more reputable company that stands by their product descriptions. read more

I ordered a coffee mug as a gift. and the artwork wasn't properly centered around the mug. I used to do personalization work several years ago, and I would have never shipped a product like that to a customer. For the record, after complaining about this they agreed to replace the mug. The replacement was also off center ! read more

Bought a personalized trophy shelf for my kid. The shelf itself is rubbish. The backing and the shelf are held together with 4 dowels and a very minimal amount of glue. It gave up the ghost after 2 weeks on the wall and fell apart in spectacular fashion. I called them and they refused to do anything because it was out of the return window. Go find an alternative on amazon. This thing is rubbish. read more

Have bought from them for many years-always benn very pleased, except for recent experience involving magnetic photo strip set. With 2 hours of ordering i requested they change out one Pic I had sent with another one. AI Bot said could do then said couldn't. Ok so requested that when ordering another one-they waive shipping. Ok they said... would send a link. Waited 2 days then contacted them again-thus time chatting with a live person. Was told pic exchange had been done & was out for shipping. Was ecstatic-thank u etc. Rec'd magnetic photo strip testerday-no change had been made. Very disappointed. read more

I'm so extremely disappointed smh wow, so I finally received my picture frame and the name is incorrect also the due date is incorrect. My family was excited about the order just before Christmas and now the order is totally incorrect. Customer service: I called customer service about my issue the representative name was Imani and she was extremely unprofessional and wasn't apologetic about the wrong item being shipped. As per Imani "you just received someone else order". This is horrible customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no, a message will be sent for a supervisor to call me. I would never order from this place of business ever again. read more

Paid for overnight shipping for delivery; the item hasn't even shipped as of the expected delivery date. Customer service is lackluster and won't make it right. WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My order was placed on November 27 and was due to arrive December 4th. Then December 8th, 15th and now we are two days from Christmas and I'm missing three gifts for the kids. I have made several phone calls and waited over an hour- MORE THAN ONCE, I wrote several emails regarding tracking and or getting a refund, I went to the post office to see if I could track the package and nothing, you hear me NOTHING. They have taken my money, haven't responded, what kind of business are they even running? When I did get a hold of someone it sounded like there were children running around in the background. What a disappointment this business is. I'll be taking legal action and expose this fraudulent so called "business" Because they have my credit card information. This place is a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 6 products for 2 girls at camp on 6/21 to arrive 6/26. IT NEVER ARRIVED! I paid over $50+ in shipping! I called and spoke to their customer service twice, they changed the delivery date to 7/2 when the girls had already left camp. I would have never ordered had I known that their products do not ship REMOTELY on time. Also, incredibly hard to talk to customer service. I called the phone number 3x and was hung up on 3x, finally connected on the 4th time. When I chatted with Customer service they confirmed on 6/26 that the products would arrive 6/27. THEY DID NOT. DO NOT BE DUPED by this company! read more

This review is for www.personalcreations.com I placed an online order for a personalized Christmas stocking for my baby to match the rest of our family's stockings previously purchased from the same company. The expected delivery date was December 7. It is now December 23 and no stocking and no response from personalcreations.com. They've had my $42 since December 7. I'm beyond irritated and in a time when dollars are precious and customer service is a must, this site is clearly in over their heads and should responsibly state realistic production and shipping times. Even shadier, the "Tracking" on the order says it's been on its way to a USPS facility for over two weeks and a "Shipment Confirmation" was received from personalcreations.com a few days after ordering. An obvious attempt at pacifying customers while they flounder. Shame on you. Updated to add: I remembered that I used PayPal to complete this purchase, so I filed a dispute with PayPal in hopes that they can help intervene, since personal creations can't be bothered to reply. I would highly suggest others do the same if PayPal was used because it will most definitely send up a red flag for PayPal. read more

I was so excited to receive the pillow I had ordered for a gift. I had uploaded 6 photos to be on the pillow and I was sadly disappointed with how it turned out. All of the photos on the pillow are either cut off at the top or bottom and the pictures in the 4 corners are not centered at all. When I uploaded the photos I had them all centered and with the stuffing of the pillow it shifted all of them. That is a production error. I would not possibly know how to arrange my photos in their template so that they are actually centered and not cut off. I don't know anyone who would want their photos to be cut off or not centered so maybe they need a new template or some sort of adjustment. And when they saw the finished product they had to know that was not the intention. Very very very disappointed. read more

E-Mail said you might not get it because it went into spam......nope no e-mail. EXTREMELY poor customer service. I was looking at personalized Christmas stockings for my two-year old twins. If I ordered at the time I was looking (December 15th), the estimated arrival on the Personal Creations website was December 24-27, so I went ahead and trusted that the site was correct and ordered them on December 15. The stockings did not arrive until January 2. I "chatted" with Personal Creations and they said that they did not guarantee anything but 9 business days from when the order was placed. I told them that it was their site that stated December 24-27 as the arrival date, and rather than owning up to their deception, they said that their guarantee was for 9 business days. I told them that I received an email from Personal Creations when it was shipped on the 17th and that the email said the order would be at my place by the 20th. I have the email, verifying the December 20th date. However, none of this made a difference to Personalized Creations. As it turns out, if the order had arrived in 9 business days, it should have arrived on December 30 and not January 2- so they did not meet their own guarantee. To make matters more irritating, they shipped using UPS and the UPS tracking showed that the package would not arrive until January 3. In other words, when Personal Creations shipped the package, they knew that it would not arrive as they stated on their website - and they still sent me an email that day stating that the package would arrive December 20th. They would not refund my money. Instead, they offered me a reduction on my next purchase. So, their site deceives me and instead of making it right by returning my money, they want me to give them more money. I declined their offer, and will not use them again. read more

I should have read the reviews. DON'T order from them unless you want to have late delivery, no gift wrapping, no personal message included AND if you want to pay extra for all of that! Don't bother trying to reach them via live chat unless you have the afternoon to waste & you really don't care about resolving your issues. Don't try calling customer service, unless you like listening to annoying music for over an hour....definitely don't fall for the we'll call you back & hold your place in line crap! I am writing this review in reference to product Trippin' with the Girls Luggage Tag by Suzy Toronto. I would like it like to bring to your attention and express my disappointment. This is a very sensitive topic but a needed conversation and to bring awareness to diversity & inclusion to your company. I am an African American woman and planning a girls trip and found this product and immediately fell in love with it. That was until I saw that you would only have the light skin lady which one would think that it is only for the (white females) to have the option for the blonde hair or red hair. I find this to be very offensive as ALL shades should have access for ALL shades of hair. Thank you for your time & hopefully this will be corrected soon. read more

I am writing this review here because it is impossible to write a Google review for Personal Creations--something that I have never encountered before, thus makes me wonder how their 4.7 star Google rating can be explained. I ordered two Snowflake Flurry Photo with Message Square ornaments to give as Christmas presents. The photos included in my order confirmation email illustrated exactly what I wanted (Photo 1, attached). However, when I received the order, the ornaments were plain (no snow flurry etching), and the top corner of one of the photos was chipped and the bottom of the other photo was not lined up (second photo). I chatted with a very friendly and courteous representative who offered to place a replacement order. I was really looking forward to getting the new shipment, which I received promptly and before Christmas. Nevertheless, it ALSO was missing the snow flurry etching. At least the second order's pictures were okay. I should note that the ornaments come with a "Made in China" sticker affixed precisely over the location where your personalized message appears; the glue of this sticker is so "effective" it takes about 10 minutes to remove from each ornament. The main reason I'm giving this review one star is because the staffer with whom I chatted tried to help me. The product did not deliver what it advertised. read more

I will never order from this company again. Poor customer service. My order went missing for weeks. I received an email that it had shipped only to find out that they never shipped it! Unfortunately it was a Christmas gift and did not arrive in time. I received an email finally from them on Christmas night stating my order would be delivered on the 29th. Considering I ordered it weeks ahead of time this is totally unacceptable. Too bad I did not read reviews beforehand as I see this is a common problem and poorly rated company. There are too many other companies to choose from offering the same products. Choose a better rated company that will guarantee your delivery date. read more

I made a mistake on what I wanted written on an ornament because the directions were not clear. I noticed my mistake a second after submitting my order. I immediately sent a message and an email through their site. No response. The next day, I sent another message. No response. Then, I received notice that my order had shipped. I messaged the company again. Finally, they responded to my very first message and said that they process orders so quickly that there was no way they could correct my mistake. They mentioned no way to make things right. I'm out $25 for an ornament I can't give to the intended person. I believe if they read their emails and messages as quickly as they claim to process orders, this could have been prevented. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service. read more

Along with other reviewers, I wish I could give zero stars. Placed an order on 12/13 for a personalized rain coat as a gift with an estimated delivery date of 12/16. The 16th came and went, and no raincoat. I understand that shipping may be delayed cause of the holiday. After reaching out to their customer service team, the attached conversation ensued. The flip-flopping, lack of knowledge regarding their own products and processes, uncertainty about literally aspect of the business. This is clearly a scam of a company, just waiting to declare bankruptcy and start over under a new LLC with the same awful products, horrendous customer service, and insane processes. read more

Buyer Beware, this company is a rip off I ordered $100 worth of items with 15% off, then they charged me $14.99 for standard shipping and then $4.99 processing fee. I was so pissed off that I did not submit my order, I googled the product and found the same item on Walmarts website $22 less than Personal Creations list price, also free shipping and no processing fees. The product arrived early, customer service was great and the shipping packaging was perfect. PS Read the 44 one star reviews that Yelp categorized as currently not recommended. read more

Heads up! They false advertise the free shipping over $49. Then they really get you because shipping is 6.99 - 14.99 BUT then they had a processing fee on top of that. So cheapest shipping is $11 even I'd you're buying a $5 item! I had $75 worth of items and my total with regular base shipping and their hidden processing fees the total was coming out to over $100. I emailed customer service regarding not receiving the free shipping over $49 and received the rudest, most condescending, unprofessional email response. I will never give this company my business, especially when theres places like personalizationmall.com who honors their coupons, is professional and doesnt hit you with hidden fees. read more

In a past life of adult times, I have purchased many mementos to commemorate and keepsake the happy moments captured in time, that were all personalized. My orders were all 100% accurate without errors as received nearly eternal two weeks later as Personal Creations utilize U.S. Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal System rather than private courier/shipping carriers as UPS, DHL, or Federal Express going back to the pony express era. Their shipping and handling fees were ridiculously pricey as they charge out-of-state sales tax. read more

I wish that there was a 0/5 stars. I have never been so thoroughly disappointed in a business. It took me over three weeks and four different ways of contacting this company (email, phone call for 45 minutes before being hung up on, blasting their Instagram and Facebook) in order to EVER hear back from this company. They do not value you nor your money. The biggest mistake I've ever made trying to order a personalized holiday gift. I don't think that I would've ever received my item (never did) nor a refund (still waiting on) if I hadn't been so persistent.
