No suds, spills, goop anywhere. Remarkable. Lots of front loading machines to protect clothing. They have many of the front loaders that are large enough for quilts or larger laundry loads. No skimping. Top loaders are there also, if you prefer those. Plenty of dryers, too. Did not have to wait for anything. Laundromat is coin-operated. Helpful! Loading up a card wastes a lot if you're only briefly in town. The desk has coins. All in all an exceptional laundromat in every way. Second, everything works as it should, the water pressure is great, the water is even heated, and it has plenty of amenities (even towels to dry the car off). My husband went to drop off our dry cleaning, walked in and said hello. The shop keeper didn't hear…read morehim and then said "you're not from here are you?! In Montana, we say hello." My husband is not from Montana but I am and we have lived in Montana for several years and are raising our family here. She then proceeded to scoff at his cell area code and say disparaging things about where he was from. After the incident, I called and asked to speak to management and she responded "speaking." I told her my husband had just relayed what happened and as a fifth generation Montanan, I know that's not how Montanans act." She said "that's not how it happened and you can come get your sweaters." We went back to pick up our dry cleaning and my husband went in to grab it. Our sweaters were piled up on the floor and she said he can take them and pointed at the pile. She also at that point refused to put her mask on and the pandemic is still at full force. We will never return to Off the Cuff and hope others don't either. It's unfortunate poor service can ruin a small business and that's no what Montana values.

This place used to have no atm, so if you needed cash you had to go to TJs or a bank. Now, I was pleased to find out that they had an atm. After taking out money for laundry, I asked if I could get change (I don't need $20 in quarters). Guess what? They don't have change! But you can go to Tj's or the sand which shop. Why make it so hard to get the laundry done? Ugh Plus, dingy and just sad. Do yourself a favor and drive to Duds & Suds. Clean, friendly, atm gives 10's, plus they keep change in stock.

What makes the situation twice as bad is the laundromat employee uses the bigger front load washing machines and the bigger dryers so you are forced to use the machines no one wants to use. If you need a laundromat, go somewhere else. What a frustrating experience and waste of time. When I tried to explain that it was clean and I only wanted it steam pressed the woman could not seem to understand why I would want that even though told me that starch shows up on radar. I brought it in on Monday with a Friday pickup which also seems excessively long. To top it off I was charged nearly $19 for a top and bottom. I have been living in Reno where it normally costs around $8 so I called the other dry cleaners in the area thinking that maybe it is this area. They all quoted me around $10. Finally when I tried to pay with a credit card she said they didn't take them because the credit fees would have to be passed on to the customer. I could understand that being a concern for a small business if they were not charging 190% of the going rate. Maybe I am only speaking for myself, but I do not mind paying for the convienence.
