I stopped by again and was told that it was likely lost and that the owner of the business would call me. Again, no call and no shirt. I stopped by their primary location on Babcock to speak with one of the managers. I spoke with Laurie who indicated that she would make good on the lost shirt. Still, no call and no shirt. I've wasted too much of my time on this issue and will not waste any more of my money on this business. #poorcustomerservice

While they paid us for the value of the suit, there is no way to replace it. It was a last chance sale that we got it. Plus, the lady in charge of this location was very unhelpful, and my husband had to push her for her bosses number after waiting for over a month for her to get back to us about the suit. She kept saying she was certain she could find it. Honestly didn't feel like she was looking for it. Really bad experience... the person who paid us for the suit was helpful, it wasn't his fault. But I would never recommend this place to someone, unless you want to risk losing your item! I still want to cry sometimes looking at our wedding photos... his suit was bright blue and beautiful, and he was so proud of it! What a loss!

When I tried to explain that it was clean and I only wanted it steam pressed the woman could not seem to understand why I would want that even though told me that starch shows up on radar. I brought it in on Monday with a Friday pickup which also seems excessively long. To top it off I was charged nearly $19 for a top and bottom. I have been living in Reno where it normally costs around $8 so I called the other dry cleaners in the area thinking that maybe it is this area. They all quoted me around $10. Finally when I tried to pay with a credit card she said they didn't take them because the credit fees would have to be passed on to the customer. I could understand that being a concern for a small business if they were not charging 190% of the going rate. Maybe I am only speaking for myself, but I do not mind paying for the convienence.
