My husband is not from Montana but I am and we have lived in Montana for several years and are raising our family here. She then proceeded to scoff at his cell area code and say disparaging things about where he was from. After the incident, I called and asked to speak to management and she responded "speaking." I told her my husband had just relayed what happened and as a fifth generation Montanan, I know that's not how Montanans act." She said "that's not how it happened and you can come get your sweaters." We went back to pick up our dry cleaning and my husband went in to grab it. Our sweaters were piled up on the floor and she said he can take them and pointed at the pile. She also at that point refused to put her mask on and the pandemic is still at full force. We will never return to Off the Cuff and hope others don't either. It's unfortunate poor service can ruin a small business and that's no what Montana values.
