Tikka Masala Garlic Naan Fried Rice Samosa
Ashley C.

The food was very good, chicken tikka masala was amazing as well as the chicken friend rice. The garlic naan was good, I just wish there was also cheese naan. We got this food for a to-go order therefore we didn't eat inside but this location on the outside looks gorgeous with some outdoor seating as well.

The food was delicious! We came to dine in on a weekday evening, so there wasn't a lot of foot traffic. However, the kitchen was plenty busy with the amount of takeout they needed to make. Service was prompt and one of the co-owners even stopped by a few times to check on us, which we appreciated. We ordered lamb rogan josh, chicken curry, garlic & plain naan, and shrimp tandoori. I was really happy to have a glass of mango lassi nearby, especially when the capsaicin started kicking in. Everything came out steaming hot! And the spicy level was well balanced. We love spicy foods, but can't consume super spicy levels anymore for health reasons. I'm glad the server asked what spice level we wanted, and that we went with the mid-level spice. The only thing I'd do differently next time is to request less salt be used in our dishes. There was plenty of food left over to take home with us. It was a very enjoyable dining experience, and I recommend Persis if you're craving Indian cuisine!

I have to say these guys have just stayed on point. There is nothing that I don't like here - the only minor nit is that they might do something to give the dining room a little bit more flair, but in the grand scheme of things, they excel where it matters - food and service. As I've noticed previously, you're going to pay a bit more and get a little little less in terms of quantity as compared to your run of the mill, Indian restaurant. Don't let that put you off because the quality is superb.

*Indoor dining review* This restaurant has been opened for only 1 year+, there are definitely some minor issues in terms of service, but the food is simply cooked with love and care. During our first visit we were a little busy so we did not get the chance to try indoor dining, but after we tried the food, I said to my girlfriend we HAVE to go back and see how the restaurant and service is. Restaurant: 5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Food: 5/5 Parking: Free parking lot ~Restaurant~ The restaurant has a very open feel to it, as if you're sitting in a large dining hall, with very beautiful decorations. But as soon as you walk in you will notice the amazing aroma coming from the kitchen. Where we sat the tables were a little wobbly, but our waitress was able to fix it when asked, apart from that everything's really clean. ~Service~ Our waitress (Chetna) was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Only issue we had was that, there does not seem to be a structure in place. We were told right as we sat down that they were busier than usual due to the local concert nearby, so our food will take a bit longer to come out, which is fine because we've tasted their food and it is well worth the wait. The issue(s) we had was that 1 - we have one too many waiter/waitresses stopping by our table to take orders, and there was clearly some confusion, because the papadum (Which happens to be my girlfriend's favorite) we ordered never arrived, even after we informed 2 waitresses, 1 waiter and 1 food runner after we already got our entrees. ~Food~ What we ordered/received: -Gobi Manchurian (It is so good, we ordered it twice during both visits) -Veg Biryani (Good. But a little bit on the spicy side, even when asked for mild) -Paneer Tikka Masala (Very delicious, put this over some rice or Naan, and you will wish you had more room in your stomach) -Chicken Tandoori (Very fresh and it comes sizzling out of the kitchen, tasty and tender) Overall this restaurant is an Excellent choice for anyone nearby and are looking for authentic Indian food. It brings me back to the days when I visited India and tried the food there, it is just not the same, but this restaurant takes the win for me, just need to work our some minor kinks.

Me and my spouse. We dined at Persis Indian restaurant in Eagleview near E ton PA. OUTSTANDING G!!!!

We were invited by friends there tonight. I was expecting a great meal, from the description our friends gave us. But the experience surpassed their description. It was delicious times 1000! The attention to seasonings and spices is out of this world great. The service ( I'm told it is all family) was like close friends would provide in their home. We loved everything about Persis and we will be back soon

We wanted to try this place as this opened recently in the area! As we entered the place. Greeted and seated !! Entering ambience is great and can't say the same about seating area however no complaints. We were provided the menu and placed order and we were informed about the specials..!! Menu has a decent variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes and kids friendly too. We ordered vegetarian dish cauliflower manchurian, samosa Chana chaat. Cauliflower was made to perfection and samosa chat was fantastic experience!!! Then we placed order for vegetable biryani, fried rice, garlic naan and paneer butter masala Vegetable biryani had lot of flavors and definitely with trying it , portions are decent and we enjoyed it fully!! Fried rice was tasty only complaint was the portion was very less and we felt like haven't ate it at all .. Garlic naan and paneer butter masala was made to perfection and a lovely visit!!!

This is an amazing addition to Eagle and I wish I worked closer so I could go there regularly. The awesome mini chaffing dishes for the entrees keeps your food piping hot and the little design flourishes in every aspect really elevate the experience. Don't miss this gem!

It was nice to find this place open on a Monday when many other places are closed in the start of the week. The menu is pretty extensive if you look on line with some odd fusion options that you don't see on the dine in menu. The food here is very good and while I like spicy food, I would definitely order my items mild again as some of the dishes packed some real heat. We are a sharing crew and split the butter chicken, the chicken 65 biriyani and a goat curry. We all would order these again. They came with plenty of white basmati rice on the side and extra was offered if we wanted more. We also ordered some naan and also puri (which is deep fried and rarely do we see it on the menu at the various Indian restaurants in the area). The breads are good, but I have had better. We ordered Lassis, mango and salt and were dissappointed that the $7 mango lassi was not freshly prepared as it came in a sealed bottle like a Wawa ice tea (their own brand) and a straw. Lesson learned on that one. Raita that usually accompanies the biriyani in most places was an extra - several dollars for less than 4 oz. Service was very pleasant and accommodating. Decor is modern with the dining room boldly colored in fire-engine red and black. Menus are on iPads so you have to keep swiping pages for each subsection as the menu is quite comprehensive. On this visit, there was Bollywood-style dancing continuously playing on the three large screens in the dining room with accompanying soundtrack. While a bit loud, some of the imagery was definitely not G rated, so if you are bringing younger children, one should be aware of it. Takeout is also available as is some groceries. Food is good. Decor is trendy.

Somehow these guys didn't make it onto the list until recently. Don't make our mistake. While service is a bit spotty and the food may take a little longer to come out - the food is well worth a little extra wait. Outstanding on every level. A true surprise. Prices are more than fair. Portions are above average. On the Flavor scale these guys nailed it - 10 out of 10. We have numerous indian restaurants near us - so even with lots to choose from i'd put these guys right up there with Manan's and other local standouts. We were seated in the dining area, which was cozy, not sure if they had additional seating elsewhere since I did see stairs leading upstairs. We ordered butter chicken wings, palak paneer, Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani and some garlic naan, all mild in spice level. The food came out pretty fast, which was a plus since we were both hungry from a long day. Everything tasted great, and the spice level was just right for us. Though not many patrons dining in at the time, they had quite a few to-go orders and pickups while we were there. Would definitely go back again.

The Chettinad goat curry paired with fresh butter naan was an outstanding combination. The butter chicken was equally impressive, with soft, tender chicken in a rich, flavorful sauce without being greasy or heavy. The vegetarian options were just as phenomenal. The garlic naan with paneer tikka was a top-notch choice, and we had never tasted vegetable biryani with such authentic, deep flavor before. We hosted a mixed community event, and the spice levels were balanced so thoughtfully that every single guest enjoyed their meal. In fact, not a single person left without asking where the food was from--we realized we should have asked them to place their label or cards out!
